    💡💡 Why this channel 💡💡
Generally, virtual staging, real estate marketing, and interior design are what I do for a living (and thus, the content I produce). The range of my interest in these areas varies from virtual staging tactics, home optimizations, internal planning, and general, maximizing the use of the space and its value.
My goal with this channel is to investigate the practices and their effect of adding value via staging and better internal planning.

Can I use the google photos from google search to virtual stage or do I need permission?

You need permission from the owner, but it's not that hard to get one if you explain what you're doing and why.
P.S Without permission, you risk getting a copyright infringement if the owner is persistent enough to chase you for a few photos. Still, these things happen, and I have clients who have sued virtual stagers for misinterpreting or using images without permission, so it's up to you.
If you are going that route, find the images, contact the owner and ask them what you intend to do and see what happens; many will say it's ok.
