What do think about to insert dome glass in this one? will it work?

It's a different watch usually sells for 300-400$ so you make you choice

Do u have a video about measuring and cutting the stem? Also if u put the stem in or remove it, must u always put the tweezers in the movement?
i wanna order one to Vietnam
