This is just a gorgeous piece of work, so very well done, and 4 feet, that's huge, was this built from scratch, I'm not aware of any kits in this scale, and the variable lighting, with sound effects are incredible, not that this matters, but I do believe we see crew members descend two of the legs rather than just the one, indicating two stair ramps, and one conveyer belt, but either way, this is a phenomenal job
William does amazing work! I used one of his lighting kits for my Officer Kane build and it turned out beautiful. I built a 1/72 C-57D for a client and the pie wedge hulls were a royal pain. Although it was completely lit, I would have loved one of William's lighting kits for that build!
Hi Cary, is there a build video of how you made this C-57D that we can watch ? did i miss it somewhere.. Also where did you get the lighting system for it ? I''m thinking of doing mine this way.
Cary that is just AWESOME also like the Robot and the Jupiter 2 looks like you have the upper level of the ship the C57-D is very cool thanks for sharing this video you have a great day.
Back then everything futuristic was thought of in mechanical terms with hundreds of levers to move things today we know that as we move into the future mechanisms n their contols will be less n less n more based on touch rather than movement. But he minimalism of this spaceship is still unsurpassed
Very cool!!! Nice build! 🙋♂️👍🖖🏻
