If Gordon Hayward makes that half court buzzer beater against Duke, it would have been the greatest shot in college basketball history. What a game that was too, back and forth until the final buzzer
You’re right! It’s a must see on whether or not they’re gonna hit a half court shot to win it or if they’re gonna blow a 10 point lead with 40 seconds left
2:22 to 2:27 When you’re watching a movie, and rooting for them to get away from the killer, but they trip, and get caught. Just listen to the commentators.
I love that the Butler half court almost make against Duke is included. Was an insane moment, and would've been the greatest shot of all time had it gone in.
This is a great job. It covered about everything. Just wish you'd included the Villanova ending in '85 upset of Georgetown. That was special. Loved it. I still think Kentucky vs Duke at the Regional Final in Philadelphia at the Old Spectrum is the greatest game I've ever seen.
Louisville vs. Kansas State in 1980, Drake vs. UCLA in 1969, Arkansas vs. Louisville in 1981 -- I'm old enough to remember when playmaking mattered, pants didn't come down to knees, and colleges actually educated.
I'm definitely biased, but I still think 4:23 is the greatest buzzer-beating _shot_ (like, skillwise) maybe ever. Down by 1 and he shoots a running 3 falling away with a guy in his face and absolutely nails it.
Loyola Marymount's absolute undressing of Michigan 32 years ago was a great moment that lasted for 2 hours. Hank Gathers of Loyola had led the nation in scoring and rebounding the previous season but developed a coronary issue and died during their conference tournament the following year. The Lions could have folded, but instead, went on a mission. They must've scored about 120 points...the Wolverines ran out of gas early in the 2nd half and Loyola just buried 'em. Do yourself a favor and Google the Paul Westhead coached Loyola Marymount team of the late 1980's. They were probably the most entertaining team ever to lace 'em up.
jmcieslak0 I mean he had a point. They got the missed free throw and time was ticking down but they were just standing with the ball 30 feet from the basket. Got bailed out by that amazing shot.
A lot of these major upsets or Cinderella run teams have Cinderella professional players. Kenneth Faried at Morehead State. Kyle O'Quinn at Norfolk State. CJ McCollum at Lehigh. Gordon Hayward and Shelvin Mack at Butler. Steph Curry at Davidson. Steve Nash at Santa Clara. Cleanthony Early, Ron Baker, and Fred Van Fleet at Wichita State. Troy Daniels at VCU. That's off the top of my head but I'm sure there's plenty more I'm forgetting.
You missed the 1971 Villanova vs Western Kentucky Game , Double Over Time with Howard Porter hitting shots at the 2 second mark to send into another Ot. Porter was a GREAT COLLEGE PLAYER !!!!!
Left out 1994 NCAA Tournament Champions Arkansas Razorback’s Scotty Thurman’s 3 to get the win over Duke! WPS!!! 40 Minutes of Helll Coach Nolan Richardson!
If Gordon Hayward makes that half court buzzer beater against Duke, it would have been the greatest shot in college basketball history. What a game that was too, back and forth until the final buzzer
True. And it was so close. Inches away from the best shot and a nice upset.
yep, no doubt its the most famous missed shot in college basketball history.....
Lol it’s funny my wife was in labor at the hospital with my first son during that game. I felt bad but I couldn’t stop watching it! Lol
As a duke fan I would cry every time I would see that
Instablaster
Anyone else watching this to relieve their sadness from March madness being canceled😢

FGCU and dunk city was just as fun as it gets
Luke Maye shootin that 3 pointer was the BOMB!
1994 National Championship: Scottie Thurman hits a 3 as the shot clock expired to put Arkansas up 73-70 over Duke.
Both of those Northern Iowa clips kill me
7:24 Onions!
There’s nothing like that college basketball rim sound
still think NC state winning it and V running around the court is still the best moment
Without a doubt
He actually had a designated person to hug if they won and he couldn’t find him!
Agreed. John Wooden watched the game and then wrote a 10 page letter to Jim Valvano !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2:00 will always be the greatest moment
Joey Bonfante ikr big smoove for the win
No. Hayward and Laetner's moments are the 2 greatest moments of all time.

I remember when FGCU had that team with the high flyers. What a magical team & a magical season.
Brian Anderson calling Planet Pat before he was Planet Pat. Love it!!
9:20 literally chills every time I see it
If I were on that Northern Iowa team that shot would have been the highlight of my life.
Michigan couldn't miss 3s that year man
Best time of the year is upon us
My favorite is still when Hampton beat Iowa State and their big man lifted their coach up like a child XD never fails to put a smile on my face.
Steve Merfeld was the coach. He was still kicking his legs and fist pumping while being lifted up lol
7:22 "OOOOOOOH!!!! BUCKETS!!!!!!" 😂😂😂
The Yamburglar he didn’t say buckets..... he Said “ONIONS!!!”
Nothing better than March Madness.

Greatest March Madness moment ever is easily NC state’s championship in ‘83 and thats not up for debate‼️
Can’t believe Scotty Thurmond’s rainbow 3 in ‘94 for Arkansas isn’t on this?!
Thank you for actually posting UK highlights literally none of these channels do 👍👍👍
Abevanhouten I bleed full blue, glad to see a comment about UK
Boooooooooo
Richmond over Syracuse
Louisville vs. Kansas State in 1980, Drake vs. UCLA in 1969, Arkansas vs. Louisville in 1981 -- I'm old enough to remember when playmaking mattered, pants didn't come down to knees, and colleges actually educated.
8:27 I love it
The UCLA vs Gonzaga game alone should put Gus Johnson in the Hall of Fame.
Lattners shot is the greatest moment in college basketball history
GOD BLESS
Jim Calhoun cracks me up 😂
I’ll never forget trey Burke’s amazing shot
I shed a tear every time I see that luke maye shot
Watching 2019 selection show RIGHT NOW
Malachi Richardson snacking that 3 against Virginia is easily one of the best
That's cool
I love when the announcers go crazy
Cal Stanford the play ncaa college football
3:11 plus the WVU three right before by Pittsnoggle from NBA range to tie it up..that hurt lmao
3:46 I still pick Valpo every time I see them because of this lol
The Heyward shot still hurts to watch
Gave you a like and a sub because these channels typically don’t post Kentucky stuff for some reason.
For the Villanova vs NC you skipped the off balanced 3 right before
I'm definitely biased, but I still think 4:23 is the greatest buzzer-beating _shot_ (like, skillwise) maybe ever. Down by 1 and he shoots a running 3 falling away with a guy in his face and absolutely nails it.
Might as well just put every single match up in this years March madness
GLAD TO SEE SFA AGAINST VCU!!!💜💜💜
U.S Reeds half court buzzer beater against Louisville is highly underrated
Imagine how confused the alians must be
Nova 2016 buzzer beater is the best moment of all time
One the Greatest Tournaments on this planet. One game....win or go home. Where if the little guy brings their A game anything is possible.
Kris Jenkins Villanova game winner for the championship

2:14 he got destroyed
Gus Johnson is a national treasure.
2:00 you're welcome
1:02 what’s that celebration
Nova unc is probably the best cbb game I’ve ever seen
Win or Lose, Tar Heels 4 Life
2:27 is precisely why you have to be very careful contesting a three point shot in late game situations up four points or less
How do all of these videos put the Florida buzzer beater over Wisconsin in it but they don't show the 3 pointer that got it to overtime?
UNI made a half court winner then blew a 10 point lead in 30 seconds the next game
Tar heels baby tar heels
Unlv Larry Johnson steps on the line costing rebels the title
2008 doe
8:25 that’s what’s gunna happen this year
