I just finished making a couple folding chairs, (they’re different than yours, mine are mechanically similar to vintage aluminum lawn chairs). The build was much more challenging than I thought when I started, ….with lots of tight tolerances to make things look right, and fit, and work.
Amazing, as always. My favorite channel. I was a little surprised by the CNC. It makes perfect sense, but not completely in keeping with your historically traditionalist approach.
We enjoyed stools like this at my grandparents' house! Yet yours are more beautiful and practical! Thank you! 😎✌️

The craftsmanship is outstanding - as always, though my back already hurts from seeing that one bar across for the chair's back. Love the folding mechanism with the stops for the back integrated into the chair's seat rear cross-brace. Very elegant!
