This run was garbage, I mean it lol. I know it's world record but it just has so many mistakes and it makes me really unsatisfied despite the time, there is a whole lot room for improvement and so I will come back to get an even better time, but for now I'm uploading this run. Not much to say besides this, enjoy the run I suppose.

Yes, the lift wall kills any enemy that is nearby, and Rundas is an enemy so...

The Ice Missile locks in Elysia are actually regular missile locks, they just look white. But the rest are real, and Seekers give you Ice Missiles, so.

At Skybridge Hera, on your way back from picking up Boost Ball, could it be worth to setup the Junction side cannon for when you come back for clean up?
You have to wait for Junction to load anyway it seems.
The cannon could save significant time VS using Screw Attack to cross during clean up.
