My brother did his pilot training in the Navy and also did his degree through the Navy. He became part of fleet air arm and did search and rescue based in Cornwall. He joined when he was about the same age as Eddie is now. Now retired from the Navy but whilst in the Navy also did his Private Pilots Licence in America where it was cheaper than in this country. He now is a Captain flying tourists across (and sometimes the Royal family) to The Scilly Isles (Cornwall) whilst also surfing most days in the summer as he still lives in Cornwall.

We stayed in Haller camping in 2021, looks as though it’s had a makeover. Try the red bus hop on hop off round all main points of interest, The Most Beautiful Cafe in the World, hot pools etc, includes a trip on the Danube. Also see Memento Park on the outskirts, enormous statues and intrigue of the past, had good parking for larger vehicles. Enjoying your journey.

I've had a holiday home in rural Slovakia for 16 years, the country is absolutely stunning but gets overlooked in favour of it's neighbours. I've driven there from the UK plenty of times and you used to know when you'd crossed the border because the roads got suddenly worse, thankfully things have improved a little. Be aware that some Slovaks see driving as an extreme sport

Great Vvlog guys, and getting times father and son, Ed good luck with your air-force, my hubby was in the uk air force and was based in Wales, St Athens...I think... he loved every minute of it, do you Ed do any light aircraft flying?, My hubby flew out od Denham areodrome, and was flying at lapwing flying club, in a PA28. love watching the english people following the England team around.... I suppose by now you will know that England just beat the Dutch 2-1 and are into the Euro 2024 final..... well I hope that I have spoilt it for you, but I think you would know as they played last night, early hours of our morning here in Australia..... Hi, Steve enjoy your vlogs, yes I was in Bratislava on April 11,24, on a Avalon river cruise parked by bridge that had Space ship type restaurant, we started in Budapest, found beer cheap in Budapest and Bratislava
We bought in small shops 4 pint cans for around 5 Euros, had i great trip ended up in Vishofen trip was 7 days think you should try

Nothing broadens the mind like travel. HK MALAYSIA AND THAILAND ive done all 3 and stunning. Take it in Ed ive done 58 countries and have a load of wonderful memories. Top ambitions their Eddie and good luck too you. A must is Alaska Bali and Singapore however be careful Singapore is seriously expensive.

We had similar problems after a dodgy road with our Ford. We lost the reversing camera and had warnings about the front camera not working. Bob checked the wiring record and both were on the same fuse. The fuse was changed and it corrected the issue. Ford later told us that if you have several things happen and they are on the same circuit its often a dodgy fuse connection. Worth knowing for any issues and a rough road certainly ties in with this theory. Enjoy your hols.

Steve, I feel for you with the warning lights - its nerve wracking and very stressful when you are so far from home. Just had to leave our Fiat based Adria 1,500 miles away in the north of Norway awaiting a low-loader to get it home with torque converter/clutch performance issues. Is yours manual or automatic and did you clear down the faults using your reader?

Ed wants to be either RAF pilot or commercial
My Godson Sam left school and went to Liverpool Uni to train as a vet
Did that and by 2006 was working as vet in the Midlands and SW London
He is 32 next month
He then saved enough money to gain his private pilot’s license during his Uni time
By 2018 he wanted to become Commercial pilot
Went to Australia to start this journey - at the time it was cheaper
Then Covid came - he was chucked out of Australia and is now working for Mars On the animal side of the company
