Junko and hecatia ( a hell goddess and her best friend) raged war cause chan'ge and her husband killed junko's husband and only child. The lunar capital has chan'ge in prison though for taking the horai elixir and becoming immortal (just like kaguya eirin and mokou), so she wants to kill someone who cant die for revenge.
