I love grocery hauls but this is my favorite. Growing up I wasn’t allowed snacks and little effort was given when it came to knowing what I would eat. I am legally blind and have texture issues. My mom is amazing but was not prepared for a blind child. Sadly, there are people who just don’t care at all if a child eats. These kids are always considered and well taken care of. I have always wanted to be a foster parent and when I am, this is the level of love and care that I will aspire for.

Though tuna is very nutritious, it’s also high in mercury compared to most other fish. Therefore, it should be eaten in moderation - not every day. You can eat skipjack and light canned tuna alongside other low-mercury fish a few times each week, but should limit or avoid albacore, yellowfin and bigeye tuna

If you cut some of your paper bags into strips(as long as the bags aren't coated or lined with anything) and give them a good dip in some natural apple cider vinegar, until they are coated, then put the strips on the affected area of poison ivy or poison oak, it will help draw out and dry the oils and help them heal faster and stop spreading🥰

My family could have cared less about my likes and dislikes for mealtimes.
I had a weight problem so during high school l was sent off without breakfast and lunch to compensate. Luckily a parent saw l was not eating lunch so she arranged for a free school lunch for me. I was lucky.
It is nice to see someone care. What a good example!!

I was overweight also and my father decided I needed to eat tuna on bread for lunch. No Mayo no eggs no relish on wheat bread. I just started throwing it away. Opening just tuna can make a huge lunch room smell bad. After so many rude comments I couldn’t take it anymore. My brothers and sister were normal weight. Now I am the thin one of the family and they aren’t. It isn’t so funny anymore.

    ⚠️⚠️Question!! ⚠️⚠️
When leaving full carts up front, do you let the staff know why you’re leaving them there? Have you ever had anyone try and move or put your cart/items away? Or do they know you by now and your huge hauls you regularly do? I just wonder where you find room to stash them, what time of day you find is best to shop and do you always do it alone? I hope you see this, I’ve been wondering this for awhile now! I have Ehlers-Danlos and live in a lot of chronic pain and perpetual exhaustion so your energy and what you do daily makes you a hero in my eyes.
When we went to Portugal, we regularly dined late at night (we did the Mediterranean style of dining they do in Spain and Italy where you eat at 9 or 10pm) and were staying in the Algarve, right on the coast, so we had a lot of lovely fresh seafood! So I’m curious to see what you make for your Portuguese meal! ❤️❤️❤️

I came across your channel this past week and have been excited to see another large family! I’m intrigued to learn how you manage your day to day tasks and how you get everyone to be involved in keeping the house as a community and having the responsibility to help out. You do have older children than we do, our oldest just turned 10, but we are constantly looking to improve our methods! We have 7 children (so half of your family) but there have been many times I have felt like you st the grocery store with multiple carts! One question pertaining to this video, how did your family manage covid with the food restrictions from grocery stores? I had to shop more frequently than typical because of the restrictions when they were trying to keep less people in the stores…have an enjoyable day and thank you for sharing your family with all of us!

An excellent way to save space and keep broth of hand, plus MUCH tastier is a product called *Better Than Bouillon* It should be available near the seasonings or broths where you’d find those little dried cubes - it’s a broth concentrate and you can choose chicken, beef or vegetable. Put in your fridge and good to go! 👍🏻

Question. If let's say you bought lettuce to go with a planned dinner on a Thursday, and you bought this on Monday morning. How do you keep the kiddos from not grabbing anything. Like in highschool during the summer I made a lot of salads and stuff with left over chicken. And I've use cucumber and tomatoes and sometimes my mom would laugh because she was planning on using the lettuce or the cucumber for something like a pasta salad or for taco salad. And we have to change the dinner plan because me and my siblings would just eat it lol . How do you stick to your meal plan with 10 children? I'm curious because i would like to be a foster parent one day.

Hello from Wisconsin. I am so proud of you and your pantry room. May I make a suggestion? Please look into some type of covering for your windows as it will aid in protecting the freshness of your products. I was thinking, even if you did the diffused light window decals on your door. Like in bath room windows. It would still give you light but diffused. So it appears that this pantry is in the garage right? I believe I see in the background the garage door sometimes open. Maybe I am wrong. So, my concern is with the massive heat waves we have been experiencing is the garage temp controlled? Also in winter the extreme cold. Please don't take this other than curiosity and general concern for your pantry. I also think it would be neat to come up with a name for your pantry. Like maybe you come up with a theme for your pantry. Ex. Picnic (checkered curtains for that big window or bamboo type blinds, maybe hanging plants even fake for the nature part etc. I don't know maybe you want it to be bright and fun and quarky. A metal sunflower 🌻on the wall and a dragonfly hanging from the ceiling. Maybe fairy lights and tags on the shelves the kids paint in fun colors. Then depending on what you pick or choose for your theme maybe y'all pick a name or maybe you open it up to suggestions from your followers. I don't know it's just a fun thought. Either way your pantry is looking great. Can't wait to see the tour.

However much I enjoy watching people buy groceries nobody needs to eat that much canned and procesed food. Too much salt and preservatives are used to keep these kinds of foods for a loooong time. Just think about it, these chemicals are meant to prevent food to break down in smaller molecules. That is exactly what our digestive system does. I'm no doctor or nutritionist but if the food you eat is less than 50% fresh, not canned or processed, I don't know if you can call that good nutrition. In a couple of videos I've heard her complain of lack of sleep and one of the children with inexplicable energy dips. I hate to pontificate but you are built out of what you eat. Not just our bodies but our minds and souls as well. If you are anxious and waking up at night startled and in the middle of the day you don't have the energy to do nothing.... Maybe just maybe change what you eat. It is amazing how our bodies respond to clean food and less junk. Hard to change the things that you are comfortable with specially with a family that big but a simple change can have a big impact. Instead of three carts of canned goods one maybe? More bags of green leafs? Soda or chips not both? 🤷‍♀️
