Beauty Box Video, Mocha Masks, and After Effects for Commercial Beauty Work

Colorist Jason Bowdach uses Beauty Box and Adobe After Effects to retouch commercial work. The key to good beauty work is to keep the retouching looking natural. Jason makes use of Beauty Box and masks from Mocha to apply digital makeup selectively to specific areas.

I'm having trouble with the new After Effects and Beauty Box. I'm unable to "export shape data", instead I must "create track data" then export option and apply export. Yet when I do this, the screen turns black and I'm stuck as to where I should go. Is there a help guide with the new After Effects?
