Yes, it was before the pedestrian protection design laws that made every car have a tall, blunt nose now. Thats also why we can't have pop up lights. 😪

I think it is refreshing for him in that wide open environment, specially having to be living with his family + 2 garage and a larger driveway.

To think my car feels fast as hell doing 160 mph max at 400 hp, I can’t imagine this puppy at 1250 hp that’s insane. Truly a legendary car.
I think this is the first time I’ve seen uncle Scotty fall in love.
My wife and I own a 88 1/2 Black Toyota Supra Turbo. We are the original owners and we did a total restore about 10 years ago including the engine. It looks and runs like brand new. Ours is stock and it even had the original Turbo still in it and working perfectly. Amazing car!

I have an 87! What color interior is your supra?
@@DocR16 It has the original factory gray velvet cloth seats and the full options package. i.e. electronic suspension system, super monitor, and thermostat-controlled a/c and targa top.
@@wwsvs nice. I have the 2 tone red and grey velvet seats and the AC system. Mine's technically a 1986.5 so not all the MK3 options were available on those that mid cycle refresh.

@@DragSlicks remember to swap out your head gasket, rods and pistons, and if you have an auto then youll need a transmission cooler and a VB upgrade, im not sure about the manual IS trans

I had a similar situation with a young guy that heard my car start and he came over and asked me what I had done to it and which performance shop I had tuned my car. I said real dyno performance and he said aren’t they expensive and I said not really because they use good products and he has worked out which is great for the customers and I had mine done by them and I haven’t had an issue with it after first getting them to tune and service it. He is that honest and won’t people to come back he is the second honest mechanic I have found to go to.

I’m not gonna lie, I never cared for Scotty to much as a content creator (just not for me) but this video( the first I’ve seen in a while) I actually liked and appreciated along with his excitement and enthusiasm. Keep it up.

The Supra was the LFA of the 90's: amazing driving machine, severely limited production run, canceled way before its time.
11,000 in North America and 47,000 around the world isn’t severely limited. It’s about 3 times more rare than a Z32, but there were many more N/A Z32’s made than TT’s, meaning that the number of TT Z32’s made aren’t that far off from the number of TT Supra’s made. On the other hand... Only 14,000 FD’s were made and sold for the US Market, making a Supra about as rare as an FD.

Literally a supercar he was talking about Supra and Yamaha basically designed and did the drivetrain and transmission, Toyota never makes their own sports cars buddy and 99%?
