    Shortcrust pastry by Greedy
    300 g of flour
    150 g of sugar
    175 g of butter
    1 egg + 1 yolk
    a pinch of salt
    flavoring according to the filling: grated lemon or orange zest or vanilla extract or almond extract

    Яйцо-1шт,желток-1шт.
    Sahar-150gr.
    Сливочное масло-175гр.
    Джем или шоколад+молоко на любой вкус.
    View in the room 180° for 20/25 minutes.
