I’m really happy to finally see some DC games that take co-op more seriously by adding an actual story. Plus there’s something really cool about Gotham Knights focusing on the members of the Bat-family instead of just Batman. (Also that spooky vibe 👌🏻) So I’m also a little more excited for GK.
Hope the story is as good as it looks and the gameplay is fun too 😃
Your one of the only people that has said this. But I agree with you because we've had so many batman games since 2010.
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames It's arguably one of the best Batman stories ever made, The Court of Owls. If they do the Court justice (Hehe, pun not intended), the story will be incredible! Whenever The Court of Owls makes an appearance it's always a treat. Not having Batman to deal with it makes it even better, much more creepier and terrifying to figure out what they have planned.
Owls are natural predators to the bats. Keep that in mind.

7:23 The Court of Owls is a very clandestine organization that you do not want to mess with in the “Batman” universe of DC. Will be interesting to see how Night Wing, Red Hood, Robin, & Bat Girl deal with this group along with all the villains from Batman Rouges Gallery.

Both of these look surprisingly fun, especially the second one. DC makes a lot of bewildering decisions, but they are so much more unpredictable than Marvel, some interesting things come out of it.

4:50 You’re right, most of the Justice League characters in this game are under “mind control” from a villain in the DC universe Brainiac. Amanda Whaller is in charge of Task Force-X (aka The Suicide Squad) to take out the Justice League if they went Rouge/Evil. That’s what I can tell from this trailer along with what I can recall off the top of my head regarding the Suicide Squad, etc.

And about the second one(my pick between the two without a doubt!)....I have a feeling that batman will come back in the coolest way possible...at first mabe as a talon(hitmen who work for the court of owls) but our good old hero WILL come back.👊🏻

Both games are super to play as it make me draw a pic “should I kill for the fun of it” or “should I be scared to the bones with the Owls” 😅 also side little details about SS v JL is that Wonder Woman isn’t in control of Branic control and seem to help the squad take down Superman. And other detail is who is the “New Batman”? As the person is clearly holding a gun during Harley being down on the ground at gunpoint range.

I'm pretty sure SS is set in the Arkham universe so it should be Batman after the events of Arkham Knight. Gotham Knights is not apart of that universe btw.

We’ve only ever played Asylum and it was awhile ago. Though we did really enjoy it 😊

BTW, you guys pretty much nailed the Court of Owls w/ the Illuminati interpretation. But, the story was amazing, and pulled together loose stories from the Bat family comics into this fantastic story.

So for myself, I can not pick one. I can how ever say why I love both and want to play them both. For Suicide Squad it is the zany humour and I love how the animated TV show did King Shark then the movie's fish out of waters dummy. As for Court of Owls it is the terror of the dark unknown of a secret cabal that has been around for generations round people's lives and the government. So you guy have a great one and stay safe.

Hm, okey, i have seen plenty of reaction videos to the Court of Owls trailer at this point and for some reason, no one so far seems to have reacted or payed attention to the bit of the trailer that shows Batgirl with a Owl Mask on her face.

Imo the Suicide squad doesnt look fun to play because we have no idea how it plays. The concept is cool. But the trailer showed wonder woman fight superman and that was the most interesting part

Sound is the bane of our existence 😂 we had a few people say that the vids were too quiet. So we may have overcorrected 😝 Although the vids we react to always have to have their volume adjusted when we edit and we put a limiter on as well to make sure it doesn’t go above -3 db. 😇🙃

gotham knights cause well i waited for the court of owls to appear low and behold one of these days they came out which is their one of my favorite batman villains im hoping the talons make fun enemies talons are the courts personal undead assassins under their command in the trailer their in it like the masked ninja owl like guys are called talons
They seem like some of the coolest villains and really hope game lives up to potential because with such an interesting villain to go against it could be great 😀

You guys should definitely play fnaf/five nights at freddy's for near Halloween, it is still terrifying 7 years later the 1st one and the 4th one are the scariest,also I would love it if you could put bendy and the ink machine on your list the jumpscares might not be scary but in my opinion the chase music is terrifying,I've got an idea for what rockit gaming rap for you to react to 1st bendy from bendy and the ink machine vs pennywise from it rap battle

Well my wallet will be empty next year haha. With these 2,Battlefield 2042, Wolverine, Ark 2, so many games in so little time. Well there is lot of DC Fandome left for you too react. Probably gonna buy Ark 2 first since I love & hate the first one (Ark community inside joke) , you probably don't know but that game is getting the animated series with quite amazing cast(Vin diesel, David Tennant for example) and directors(one of them directed Batman vs Superman:Public enemies, one of the best DC animated movies) , you can react to the Ark Survival Evloved: animated series trailer if you want :). Ark is that one game that has a inside lore which most don't notice and its quite surpsingly deep for a simple dinosaur survival game.
Ark is a game we will eventually cover as well and we agree. Too many good games coming out 🤑
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames if you want to react to lore based stuff of Ark Well there isn't much but I Reccomend watching Channel "NeddyTheNoddle" who with other people are working to brought survivors stories to life through the game which are amazingly done, they are going under explorer notes series and part one "the island" and 3/4 stories of "Scorched Earth" are out. He and his crew really brought game story telling to life.
Marvel's Wolverine isn't coming out next year.
Can you guys react to Hades it's a cool game based on Greek mythology about the son of Hades trying to escape the underworld, don't know if you know it since it was really hyped up a while back and it got a ton of awards

For DC not as much. We’ve read a few comics here and there. Even tv shows we haven’t seen much. Just the mainstream movies 🤗
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames wow, that sure is a very limited supply of information on DC for you guys, maybe you should watch some DC related videos on UA-cam now and again, i could maybe even recommend some if you’re interested, ‘cause i am not really that in-depth in DC myself, however I never have limited myself to just the Movies, so the majority of what I know usually comes from other DC media, as well as videos that talks about DC.

Yeah, the JL got mind-controlled by Brainiac…again. This isn’t the first time that his has happened, and Superman always ends up being the biggest problem to tackle. Usually Batman always came up with a plan to fix everything, but since they “killed” him off in Arkham Knight I doubt that’ll happen this time around. Or who knows, maybe this is the crisis that brings him back into the fray. Also, Wonder Woman appears to be the only JL member brainiac didn’t get control of. I only hope this ends with everyone being able to walk away ok, but after Arkham Knight anything’s possible.
They really need to stop letting Braniac mind control everyone 😂 at least gotta protect Superman. Can’t he borrow Magnetos helmet or something 😝

Gotham Knights is non-canon (they just didn't feel like coordinating with Rocksteady idk?) and made by what is essentially Rocksteady's B-team at WB, it seems to be chock full of level-gated content disguised as "RPG mechanics" from what we've seen of the gameplay and tbh probably micro-transactions that nudge the player to spend money to avoid a grind based on WB's history with Shadow of Mordor/War in the past.
Probably better to be hopeful for Kill the Justice League game imo
