He replied, "To be good and dutiful to your parents." I further asked, what is next in goodness?" He replied, "To participate in Jihad in Allah's Cause." I did not ask Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) anymore and if I had asked him more, he would have told me more.

2) Donate a wheelchair to a hospital. Each time a sick person uses it you gain.
3) Participate in building a masjid.

the problem for me is that no matter how much i want to do good deeds i end up doing bad deeds and i try to read the quran but all that happens is that i temporarily start doing good deeds for a day then stop but i know it is shaitan telling me to stop reading quran because the day after i end up not reading quran but inshallah this ramadhan i can start doing good thingsbecuase shaitan isl ocked up
Everybody has challenges. This is one of your trials, you can overcome any obstacles by relying to the one and only Allah SWT, just don’t lose hope.
Take it from someone who has been committing sins, bad deeds throughout his entire existence, remember Allah is most merciful, as soon as you do a bad deed seek Allah immediately, don't wait on it, don't let it bring you down, don't let it fester as it will remain in your consciousness. There is not one of us who are sinless, and Allah knows this, keep making mistakes, but always come back to Allah and eventually Allah's love will free you from your ego driven actions, stay strong my brother, you got this 🙏

Saitin, is Ibliss and Ibliss is made of smokeless fire. Allah Ta a la created Ibliss from smokeless fire and all the Angels ( who are made out of Noor ( light from heaven) first. Then Allah Hu Ta ala made Adam and Adam is made out of clay. We humans are all decedents of Adam. When Allah made Adam or was creating Adam Ibliss was Jealous and also thought he was better then humans made of clay because he is creation of smokeless fire, Ibliss disobeyed Allah but all the Angels made out of Noor light from heaven always obey Allah and bowed to Adam as instructed by Allah. Ibliss was cursed by Allah ever since that time. Ibliss promised Allah to deceive mankind here on earth and Allah said to Ibliss that “ you cannot touch the believers! Only the disbelievers!” Ibliss is an threat and a vicious enemy to mankind! Unfortunately most of mankind have fallen into the trap of Ibliss. You will find very few believers! But remember to hold tight to the faith of Islam and never let go!

Hope from shaitan takes you away from doing an acts of worship, and gives you love for this life but fear of death.
While hope from Allah gives you strength to do even more acts of worship, and gives you peace of mind when you think about the inevitable death.
