not only the 1st and 2nd phase of elections [delayed huge additions of votes after 11 days and 5 days respectively] , but even in the 5th phase [closing on 20th May 2024] - in respect of Maharashtra and Bihar there has been alarming additions of 5-8% votes by ECI on 22nd May, 2024 i.e., 48 hours after closing of the polls on 20th May, 2024, ...wherein in each case or phase of election, the Q is that when the officials at respective polling stations have gone home after after closing of a polling station then who is responsible for manipulating to make these delayed additions of large numbers of votes .... Abhishek ji, why you and ur India alliance polling agents did not collect from 17c immediately after voting was over? And if at all the presiding officer refused to give one then was any complaint was lodged? No political party came forward in support with the SC advocates who had filed petition against EVMs? Mr Stallin's party in south indiaa has not only collected every data, but also has prepared himself with vote counting, holding the total no. of votes polled in the particular constituency. Have those machines been put on SOME SPECIAL duty?
Is it obligatory to ECI to comply to your all absurd queries? Is Rahul Gandhi not making any absurd statement like north-south divide, division on caste lines, division of ancestral property? You are asking for data on Form 17c. Has it been disclosed in the past also. If there is any poll petition after the results are declared, is this data not made available. You don’t have to tell the ECI how to conduct the elections. If you claim to be a legal luminary which you are not as you are only a legal manipulator, the members of ECI are established administrators which you can never be.

Mr Singhvi, please ensure us if all your booth agents obtained Form 17C duly filled out and signed by the Presiding Officer and the agents themselves whereever the Congress fielded candidates. Only DMK is reported to have obtained Form17C in all booths by its agents. Though it doesn't exonerate EC's responsibility and accountability to put out Form 17C on its website. Voters right is mauled.

The ECI is a statutory organization who should not cares anybody but the activities done by the chief ECI does not behove to do such work which clearly indicates that this machinery is working like an election agent.
It is too sad, what is the use of such elections with no transparency.

The disclosure of data of form no.17C by the EC is not the result, any inferences from this data cannot be drawn and voters have every right to know the percentage of voting completed at each center, on the contrary this data may be helpful to increase the voting percentage during next phases. The peoples are more doubtful about EC stand and their modus operandi .
EC se koi ummeed nahim. Dara hua hain. Nagarikon ko apni bachav swayam karna hain. Citizens have to take matters into their own hands.
