Hi folks, thanks for tuning in to watch this week's video. I'm out on a new permission again and this time it's on the stubble. I had some interesting little finds and one or two that I'm unsure of. Any ID help is most welcome.

Thanks Neil. I have to admit that I find the large fields tricky to detect. I much prefer the smaller paddocks and fields, you can easily remember where you've already been :)

Yes same here, I have a couple of small fields that I enjoy detecting on more than most of my larger fields even though the larger ones have been more productive. 👍

If you put the round bead on the L shaped bracket, you have an instant coat hook.

Great days detecting Andy with a mixture of very interesting finds i don't think that roman coin
is a one of that would be like finding an needle in a haystack almost impossible and as you
said the fields are very large so stick with it Andy and good luck

Hi Ronnie, it was my first visit to the field, so I'm not really sure to be fair. The ground is mostly on a slope and it's quite rocky in places, I'm not sure if that's part of the reason?

Interested why you are using recovery 6 when the signals are "few and far between"?

Hi Chris, that part of the field was very stoney in most parts and I wasn't expecting to have to dig down far. There's no reason not to go over again though with different settings. Thanks buddy :)

Hi jason, if you're detecting on land, I'd probably start with Field 1, recovery speed 5, Iron Bias 1 and see how you get on. The settings do depend on the type of land somewhat, so it's tricky to say for certain. Good luck and happy hunting ;)
