Before watching the race, couldn’t your mom just walked the first lap and agree with your dad to walk the second. Then they go all out 800 vs your mile. Could’ve been a strat

Li like how ur dad's mile is as fast as my 2nd fastest mile. My fastest is 6:57. But, this is my first year of running! Coaches from all over my state are staying that I have AMAZING potential! I'm a freshman
You meant "... and starting to see if I could REEL her in." What does it mean to rein in? 1 : to limit or control (someone or something) Congress must rein in spending. You had better rein that kid in before she gets hurt.
