No one can win the league in 4 different countries, win the Champions League with Porto and Inter Milan and do what he's done. Mourinho's record and legacy is undeniable. The guy is a genius. And to those who think he's done, take a look at what's happening at Roma

I Agree to some extent but he loves players with big heart , who are leaders with big personalities. His technique of getting a reaction from players and a team is not effective with these new type of pre Madonna players. For example I believe he saw the talent in Luke Shaw and gave him the rough treatment for him to fight and get through the mental barrier that he had after his injury…..It actually worked as Luke Shaw was one of the first on Jose’s team sheet the season when he got sack but Ole came in with Shaw playing well and got all the credit. Never mind the fact that Luke Shaw cut his summer vacation early hit the gym and came back the fittest player at the start of that season and was the undroppable under Jose. Jose just needed to know that not all players react to the same things and you have to change it based on the personality of the player.

And with Roma and what he seems to be building, he could end up being the first to win the Conference League(2022), followed by Europa League(2023) this season, and top it all off by winning the Champions league(2024) next season, that'll be something if he manages to achieve that! What do you know? In a conversation about the greatest managers of all time, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer had to be mentioned by Simon Jordan. Love it! Love it!
P.S. Hope the Norwegian gets a new 5 year contract at United as reward for "getting the dressing room together" and "building something for the future" while rival teams actually win trophies.

If united fail to win something this season especially the EPL title, come end of season, united fans will be talking about the state of the team that Ole inherited from Jose 4 seasons ago. Jose is literally carrying Ole's coaching career at united.

Jose left Madrid's locker room in a bad state too but we didn't hear Madrid milking it for this long, they instead moved on and won multiple ucl trophies and league titles...and the crazy part of it all is how fixing a locker room is such a great achievement by Ole as if any other new incoming coach wouldn't have been able to do it.

Ferguson or Wenger could’ve moved around everywhere when they were at the peak of their powers and won everything at the biggest clubs in the world. Actually sustaining something at one club and building a legacy for yourself at one club is a a greater achievement then moving on every few years and winning there. Mourinho never managed to sustain anything in any job he has been in.

Go argue with yourself. Mourinho changed many clubs because his got sacked no ones denying it, his man management can be better but clubs no longer have long term projects, they want silverware ASAP. And mourinho provides. We are way past building a dynasty. It's now all about spending and winning. Such a sore loser, hating on a man that won in all around the world. Sad.

Some of the pundits never cease to amaze me, the way they they try to trivialize jose,s exploits. Thank you simon for putting some of these charlatans in their miserly places where they belong. Imagine jose coaching man united with this current intimidating squad. Jose took man u to second place on the epl and three trophies during his spell at united. Imagine he did this with a squad full of below average players. There were those who valued themselves more than the club, chief culprit being pogba, supported by the likes of martial and others whose sole objective was to have jose fired. Unfortunately the board took pogba side but look where are they now. Player power has no place in football. What has man u achieved since joses departure, zero shame on them. Jose does not brook that nonsense about player power thats why people always think he is in conflict with some players. Lets see what solskjaer does with this current squad but i bet you he will be seized with so many egoes to please. Roma is going to be pleasure to watch this season. Just watch jose take this team to dizzy heights. The roma fans are out of this world. The management is nxaaaa so supportive. Its just such a young fresh squad squad jose is moulding there. No holier than thou players there like, pogba, martial etc. No touch me not, players like dele, bale, winks etc. No management like levy who fire coaches with a day to go before a final. Instead jose has such a young squad, in the mould of tammy, zaniolo, shomorodov, el sharawwi, vina, pelegrini, patricio vestout etc. These are unprostituted players who play for the badge, their fans and their coach unlike the mercenaries mentioned above. These are players whose purchase prize was never above 40 thou usd. Watch them tear the serie a within the next 2 years under the mentorship of jose.

Pep simply goes to the club that has established greatness while Jose will go to the club that are underdogs and build them up.
