    That installation looks very loose and i would suspect it would vibrate and makes noise! Just wondering.

      You can only go so far, and it's fine it's been on the van for about 2 years now 😊

    Excellent video, just what I needed!, as I've just bought one of these for my Dacia duster.
    I've some helicopter tape I could use before fitting the clips, not sure if it'll be too thick?
    Maybe some stainless countersunk bolts to replace the ones in the pack.
    Many thanks Crazy Baker!

    Maybe add the "plastic mushrooms" or spacers, to the deflector before you attach it?

      @livestreamsuk6004 it's so long ago, but last week I was looking for PPF for my mtb bike and I came across the helicopter tape which is ppf film 😀

      @@crazybaker1 Yes I did notice it was a couple of years ago. I dont think you can get the patches now. Maybe the tape you mention will do the job.

    Did you get any wind noise? Fitted mine and loads of noise in cabin

    • @crazybaker1
      @crazybaker1  Рік тому

      Hi mate, now this is going to sound odd, sometimes I found it does have wind sound, then on other occasions no wind noise at all, so it's something to do with how the wind is hitting the front end of the van 😀 otherwise I have no idea 😀

  • @vitezslavkaspar6036

    Does it actually reduce the fly splatting on front window, or is it good just for bonnet from stone chips?

    • @crazybaker1
      @crazybaker1  3 роки тому +1

      Funny thing I have been out done 1,000 miles with it this is over 2 weeks, so basely stones would have hit the bonnet, so cleaned off to check out and not much to see, flys on bonnet a lot less, as for window no it's the same, so from my experience less flys less damage from stones, funny I was wondering if it's just a gimmick or not, ok it's works for me. Just finished fitting my k and N filter now that is really good for uping the power check it out laters 😀 Steve link ua-cam.com/video/ChTb2mDwRTk/v-deo.html

    Hi there what's the name of the bonnet Deflector & does it fit snug as i bought one from another company & it wouldn't cover all of the bottom part of the bonnet by the lights and is the link where you got it from

    • @crazybaker1
      @crazybaker1  3 роки тому

      Hi mate it's fits very well and covers the bottom, the make is Cappaf auto accessories, more information in the description under video, now I will point out that the fitting information very bad and very poor photos 😀 that's why I made the video, for what it cost it's a good buy 😀 now I bought one years ago for my off roader which was originally 4 times most expensive and better quality😀 most of the ones I have seen are very much the same with almost the same fittings and fitments 😀 the company is a very good business who sells it and if you have a problem with it you can return and get refund 😀 check out the description below for more information 😀 laters Steve

    • @crazybaker1
      @crazybaker1  2 роки тому +1

      Hi off eBay I got paint protection film, or it's known as PPF you can buy as you like, or if you live near car or van vinyl shop, there will sell it in a small amount or off the roll 😀
