Awesome, I can be first! Great video for anyone wanting to (mostly) zone out on the erg to the sound of oars in water and the odd raucous twittering of birds - it even feels like my balance has improved :) Had me gazing intently at the puddles to get my timing, seemed to be 26 then just as I was finishing my 20 mins the pace picked up! Your channel got me through covid lockdown and keeps me motivated on the erg when I can't get into a boat. Thankyou 👏👏👏
