Hon'ble CM Biren Singh is the political and administrative head of manipur state. When the state is under security issues the central government is involved. But this crisis is unable to be resolve politically. Why the securities are hesitant to take actions rapidly? Is there not a protocol to be followed for safety of civilians and livelihood? As we know peace and justice when delayed will create distrust in the society and harbour more violence.
Our Telepromter PM Modi and Biren Singh are responsible for the violence in Manipur. The same kind of killings happened in Gujarat in 2002 when Modiji was the CM of Gujarat. Do you know even check inside the city Imphal , the militants are demanding, extorting money from all the government employees, my friend who works in a state government stated he started paying 10% of monthly salary to the insurgency groups, . schools, engineers, doctors, social activist were threatened by hurling grenades to their premises, we going back to the 80 and 90 era which we have witnessed. There is no rule of law. Even we meiteis don't want him to continue as a CM.

This is a FREAKING WAR. You cannot say this is a conflict. You might think this is a communal conflict as the Kukis are attacking solely on the Meetei community. But the reason why this is so because the Meeteis are the only one who will protect the integrity of Manipur when challenged.
