They basically took him away from his island to be part of some entertaining show for people, and when he goes berserk because obviously nobody would wanna be part of some freaks show
They end up killing the poor thing instead of neutralizing him and returning him back to his island
The video game has a better ending where Jack saves King Kong and returns him to the island Instead of him dying for no reason
That’s exactly what makes it a good story. It shows the cruelty of humans towards animals. Feeling anger towards bad characters in a story is a good thing bc it shows that they’ve been executed correctly and it serves the story well.
