I worked as Licensed Industrial Electrician (442A) in Canada for over 35 years in industry and have worked on many paper laminating machines that used what is known as a dancer roller. The dancer roller rides on the material being fed into the machine and is connected to a variable resistor or rotary encoder that monitors it's position and determines the roller position. As the material is spooled out the dancer roller will move up and down depending on the slackness or tension the in-feed is feeling. This in turn controlled DC driven unwind motors to ensure that the material is fed in a way that is controlled manner. That being said, I have never seen dancer rollers like the ones used here in this video. They are side mounted where all the ones I've worked with were full sized rollers that spanned the width of the product being processed. Mind you the material I was dealing with was paper 12 feet in width. But I found that to be very interesting. A great video that brought back a lot of memories. Thanks for sharing it!

It is not just iron. Zinc plated to prevent corrosion. Only the world's best steelmaker can make the material.
Galvanising, applying a layer of zinc to iron, has been around since the 17th Century in India but has been used widely and isn't that difficult to do. More modern processes have made it more cost effective by electrogalvanizing but, again, it's not overly complex.
Really nice textured aesthetics. What is the metal gauge? how long will the coating last? Would be nice of backside had a foam finish on it to prevent radiant heat from penetrating roof.

Изолон так же не даёт росы, что упрощает монтаж без вентиляции.

При переноске готовых листов по территории завода не используют поддоны и на краях листов уже заломы делают от тросов на 8-й минуте
Ничего им не будет сто раз крыл крыши и все отлично это качество а не то что Китай для России продает

According to my personal experience, the more corrugated ribs a roofing has, the more susceptible it is to damage than a flat roofing roof

The most impressive part of this to me is that the coating can go through the forming process undamaged.

think the foam is also a sound deadener. I have steel roofing on my deck and it can be really noisy in the rain, especially hail.

The standoff of the textured roof accomplishes that.
You can get foam backed, it does not last long. I have worked with it in Thailand.
