you know when u walk into a gym and u see a guy like this just fucking beating the shitt out if the heavy bag like that... Gives u motivation to get that good... and also a warning not to spare with that guy anytime soon lol
you can do that combo presing up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, A, B, SELECT, START........ or it could be the 30 lives in contra, actually i don`t remember :D
Rythem is fun isn't it? Flowing through it and controlling the target while making it look like a walk in the park. 👍 💪 11 year old video and still best of best 👌
Ok I agree with you guys but lets get this straight. UFC is were the top fighters in the world go to compete on a top level, just like NFL, NHL and just about everyother sport in the world. To compete on a top level in a televised event adds a amount of preasure that can not be matched. I have fighting experience on local level and I know there is tuff guys every were thats for sure. Look at Tito, former champion and he was scrapped up, outside after a UFC event by a spectator.
@takitezy7 UFC rules and judging suck. why would you disallow elbow and knee strikes and kicks on the ground. it takes away half of a fighter's weapons also they allow weight cuts, fighters often come in 20lbs over the weight limit which almost always favors the buffed up boring wrestlers
Oh yeah, there is no one man who is the toughest in the whole worl, no matter were you fight, small sweaty gym, never heard of organization it does not matter. There someone out there who can put you dowm period.
@BKsMassive explaine your self,50 cent lover, why are we ignorant, what are you so smart about. Were should this guy or any other fighter be fighting? K1? Pride? Were at?
it's gonna hurt in the beginning but as your shins get tougher you won't feel it at all, what you should do is work on your form and proper technique before you worry about kicking the bag super hard anyway.let me know how it works out.A good way to condition your shins is to wack them with a full water bottle,it's a little more forgiving then say,a wooden pole.Train hard and often.
Very clean fast and powerful. But work on your middle kicks - didn't see a single one in this video and the ones you've got on the other video look a bit awkward so I'm guessing you don't like to throw them very often. I spent some time coaching in germany and the first thing I noticed was that they were very boxing focused - something that time and again saw them lose to people from other countries with a better thai style. If you want to score in thai boxing - get middle kicking.
@scarred10 To be honest, in Muay Thai (Thailand) they tend to focus on their elbows kicks and knees much more than their fists. Dutch Kickboxing (Their Muay Thai Interpretation) is heavily hand dominant and has more of a angle punching feel. And as a possibility maybe his Muay Thai was taught/learn from a Thai instructor and this kind of style was just a subconscious learning.
lol why the fuck is the bag so close to the damn wall....kind of sucks that you didn't get to see any footwork he just basically bludgeoned a heavy bag to death.you gotta play the cards your dealt i guess,if you take anything from this video you def dont wanna stand right in front of this guy
@Tamarrack the reason that Muay Thai looks more like MMA than Kickboxing is b/c MT is the main standup/striking technique trained in most MMA schools *at the moment*. MMA can include any type of MA and it is still evolving. And Kickboxing came from Karate.
Only thing I can see that would be a problem is that his front leg becomes straight and locks his knee. Would be game over if he fought someone who do those dirty knee kicks.I am not one to judge , he probably has a lot more experience than me.
@coldaziceee lad, everyone looks great on a bag if they have decent training, very few look good while sparring. This guy has nice knees and elbows and teeps but poor boxing, hes slapping the bag with his hooks and is too upright to deliver enough power.
Very nice! I see that you have long legs, I would attempt a take-down. How is your ground game? I just wanted you to know what your opponent may see. My opponents would test my cardio. Hahah
@nGsXsWiiTcH1 i don't know if you've ever fought before.. but any trainer will tell you to chin down to protect your neck and expose your forehead more.. a knee to the chin is different when your clinching
I hope nobody gets the idea of countering your jab or cross because you drop your guard everytime you punch, also you punch hard but it takes quite a bit to bring your hands back. oth
Oh yes the days when my left shoulder wasn't a prosthetic but still cracking in my 50s still teaching I'm paying for it but its a lifestyle choice that I can't go without ,owwww weekend
Will a bowling / tear drop bag served for an all purpose bag, boxing, muay that,? I was gonna buy a 5ft all purpose heavy bag but my 17 year old wants a tear drop bag for boxing and muay thai
ахахааааа груша от дуновения ветра улетает ))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) нормальный мешок ему дайте весом соточку кг !!! пусть в него не позадевает, а поколотит !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1:05 Hyper Combo Special
you can do that combo presing up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, A, B, SELECT, START........ or it could be the 30 lives in contra, actually i don`t remember :D

Nice workout, started Muay Thai at age 51 not too long ago, Muay Thai is excellent, not just for sport but also personal defense as well
You still doing it at 60?
@@AngryBengryhe never answered fuck
Incredible man. You should do instructional videos on how to get that balance of speed and power.
7 years later and still this comment is very true
Very Impressive bag work man!!!! All power too and amazing form, much respect from NYC!
Looking strong mate. Great pace, stance, form & intensity.
This guy and liam harrison
Are the best I have seen by far
Unbelievable standard 👏
this dude is quick...keep on rockin the bag!!!
honestly i have been in it for 3 years and this guy has great form,im working hard but this guys makes it look easy..lol good video man
This is unintentionally the most mesmerizing video of a heavy bag workout on UA-cam
This is gonna become my new bag workout multiple times a week
What a soldier. This and his shadow boxing vid show he’s on point with Muay Thai Skills.
This guy is hardcore
His punches sound like gun shots, what a beast.
Rythem is fun isn't it? Flowing through it and controlling the target while making it look like a walk in the park. 👍 💪 11 year old video and still best of best 👌

@BKsMassive do you have any striking skills? Do you have any videos on here of you displaying your skills? If so please send me the link. I do
And you know what, I never even said I like the UFC, I was saying that because this guy is a savage, I know skill when I see it.
Nice work out!!
Good energy and combos.
tekniklerin düzeni mükemmel gerçek bir dovuscu

He's good plus he has the perfect build for Muay Thai I'm jealous ! I wonder how his videos get so many views???
@Tamarrack the reason that Muay Thai looks more like MMA than Kickboxing is b/c MT is the main standup/striking technique trained in most MMA schools *at the moment*. MMA can include any type of MA and it is still evolving. And Kickboxing came from Karate.

My Coach!
PS.: this bag had about 200 pds ( ~90 kg)
I hope nobody gets the idea of countering your jab or cross because you drop your guard everytime you punch, also you punch hard but it takes quite a bit to bring your hands back.
oth
Shit, having a good quality and well-balanced bag makes a massive difference to what you can get out of your training. Impecable technique too.
nice flow!!!
Oh yes the days when my left shoulder wasn't a prosthetic but still cracking in my 50s still teaching I'm paying for it but its a lifestyle choice that I can't go without ,owwww weekend
@partagasblack because the UFC sucks and real MMA is elsewhere
I've noticed so many styles focus on striking/attacking rather than avoiding a strike. This is why JKD is superior to a style.
@xXKrajisnikXx U might think this is a bit odd, but my strengths are boxing and judo. But when I spar all i practice is kicks..
man 1 day
i want to have the hands like mike tyson
i wants the kicks of cro cop
and i want the flow like Ernesto hoost
I know basics of mauy thai boxing, american boxing and a lil bit of jiujitsu i was paying 50 a month now i cant pay :(
took 2 month to answer my question where were u man i was dying out here bra now i need 2 take a shit thanks a lot
ur right they wont and if they did prolly wouldnt last but a few seconds before a jab elbow knee combo sent them into oblivian
Will a bowling / tear drop bag served for an all purpose bag, boxing, muay that,?
I was gonna buy a 5ft all purpose heavy bag but my 17 year old wants a tear drop bag for boxing and muay thai
why isnt this guy in the UFC? He looks like a killer!
Relentless!!
It sounds good just because he's using an expensive bag. (Adapting an excuse I hear from music students :)
Elbows might go in with an angle, not square, in order to avoid block and make cuts
I am curious too... what is his weight class and height? Lanky guys look better at Muay Thai the techniques looks more sneak haha
I was waiting for the kick.... :( That was sick but you're punching a little low on the bag.
@emptied10 Why do I have a feeling this guy would still knock you out in about 10 seconds?
love to train with you. thanks for the video
ахахааааа груша от дуновения ветра улетает ))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) нормальный мешок ему дайте весом соточку кг !!! пусть в него не позадевает, а поколотит !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@emptied10 its thai boxing... if you just keep your hands up you'll get kicked in the ribs
his chin is too high on the punches he will get clipped on the jaw and vulnerable to a knock out
@taiatap yeah but if that guy hit you the only thing you would be hitting was the floor
it seems like you're an expert at muay thai.
lol very limited technique and combos on a vry soft bag ffs that noisy echoing room
i bet half the people giving out advice and criticism wouldn't want to full-spar this guy.
good technique very nice too look, real muay thai great Roland
hahaha you´re right. I´d say they haven´t ever fought or spared one single round
Awesome but why not use the muay thai banana bag, is it really muay thai bag work with no low kicks?!
I'm gonna call Buakaw and you'll be down.
looks phenomenal. turn those hooks over and you'll knock out a ton more people.
@stoneeh Why do you say the UFC sux? Where can i find this real MMA elsewhere?
If you had to have only one bag between tear drop and banana bag, which one would you chose?
I would not want to mess with that guy.
He`s a bit to slow and the elbow hit is not real muay thai.. But good video
what a perfect example of great technique, speed and power. Very dangerous.
how much does the bag you're punching at 00:05 weigh?!
100lbs im assuming?
Is that bag like 10lbs or something??
Arjen Robbens or The Drago of Muay Thai?
only criticism i could make is he doesn't move himself around the bag much
Chuck Norris checks under his bed for this guy at night.
What is this guys name I wanna see his fights, his bagwork is impressive
lifeschild1
Seethe multiple attacker training device at the above link.
@Th3Black0men boxing is the art of hitting hard and being hard to hit,
man, that guy is impressive, i'm going to buy him some longer shorts.
that floor must get really slippery with a little bit of sweat on it
Very nice but lacks circular kicks aka Tae lam tua...
This is good, I am beginner first month, I learn from this.
He is in the best body formula of a dangerous fighter.
