I can tell that Chris Chun and myself are the same-ish age, something no one can hide when they speak. I was relieved and refreshed watching/listening. It was fun and enlightening to experience both of you interacting. Chris is full of wisdom and very open and kind to share it. You Elizabeth, are masterful at pulling it out of him. So thank both of you. This is golden and sprinkled with gems!
Good interview. Love hearing about the hard work and tenacity that it takes to be successful in this industry. There are no instant results and it’s complicated. One element that is under appreciated is the experience gained being employed in the industry.
I loved this interview was so good to hear about Chris' licensing and beautiful work. Also thankx for your amazing resources they are so helpful in navigating this industry!
That tool sounds interesting where could one get their hands on one of those tools. That paint brush for stripes and how does one learn to make repeats with tracing paper
towards the end around 48 min mark is a good point. I know I just end up simplifiying designs and Ive noticed as a shopper things got simpler because they can't really afford the more expensive. either way, companies are just funny when it comes to flexibility. I'm planning to set up my portiolio for one part for licensing and the other for buy out.
I’ve never seen an artwork sell for $1200 I always worked in fashion/apparel and its more like $450 to $700 max for studio prints and remember the artist only gets about 50% of that sale price.

I really enjoyed this but missed the end part with Chris’ answers to your questions, how can I get this please?
head to elizabethsilver.com/fresh and sign up, and then you will get a password to my toolkit which has a lot of videos including Chris's answer.

That seems like a great strategy!

Yea...I've seen the same numbers, but I guess it depends on who you work with!
