- Mexican Meatloaf by Garfin’s Creation | Without Oven
Hi
Welcome to my Channel.
Ingredients:
300 gms Chicken Mince (you can use any mince of your choice like beef or lamb)
½ tsp Salt
Boil the mince along with the salt (do not add water)
250 gms Bacon/pork ham/scrap/sausages/salami (any of your choice)
1 whole egg
3 slices of bread (soaked in water)
1/2 Nutmeg
½ tsp pepper powder
½ tsp Garam masala pd
½ tsp salt / as per taste (as other items used also contains salt)
Juice of half sour lime
2 tsp Salted Butter (I used Amul)
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
2 drops of Red Food Colour
8 inches x 4 inches cake tin
Steam for 25 to 30 minutes
Or
Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes

Can u kerp it in the fridge for 2 weeks
You can store in fridge for 3 to 4 days, if you plan to keep it longer its best to keep in freezer in an air tight box. Then thaw and use as needed. thanks for watching
