    I’m 55, and see nothing wrong with getting gentle Botox or fillers. I’ve been getting Botox between my eyebrows for about 4 years and it helps with tension/expression headaches. It also takes away from that “tense” look from those permanent “11” lines from flexing the eyebrows together for years.
    It definitely helps give a smoother and younger look.
    Same with fillers, I got a bit in my “smile lines” years ago because they just made me look older, also a bit by the left corner of my mouth because it looked droopier (like a marionette line) than the other side.
    Fillers help promote collagen too, and 4 years after getting filler just 2x, my “smile lines” never came back. 👍
    I get lip filler once every year 1/2 or so, to gently plump my lips a bit.
    With age, lips can look definitely look deflated, and “prune-ish,” mine look really natural when done.
    I don’t believe in extreme fillers and Botox because the face can end up looking to puffy, stiff, and expressionless.
    But, slightly done fillers and botox, can be used to make one’s facial features look softer and lifted, just like a updated haircut/color can, (hairstylist speaking) and no one protests against women getting updated hairstyles/color as they age to not look so drawn and haggard. 😁

      That's such a great comparison to getting a new hairstyle. I agree with you. That's so awesome you have had such great results. I always wanted to get my crooked lips done haha but I'm too chicken. But I bet a little filler would make the lips look less deflated. That's amazing the smile lines never came back but that makes sense because my botox for my migraines has really prevented a bunch of wrinkles from ever forming on my forehead since I've had it so long...which is quite nice. Thanks so much for sharing. I enjoyed reading your comment. 🤗

      I am on a Facebook page where they show the side effects of Botox and unfortunately, I wouldn't touch Filler or Botox because of it. Can end up making you look worse and have other nasty side effects.

      Isn't it excited seeing results quickly?! TNS is probably the only product I've ever used that gave me such fast results. Yes try the IS clinical as a little mask. I just use the same amount as if I'm cleansing my face and mix with water, massage in but I just let it sit for 5 or 10 minutes and then rinse. You'll notice a difference right away. Let me know what ya think. 🤗

    Sheri, your skin looks beautiful, without any “work” done. It looks radiant and firm - so healthy. Honestly, I am way too terrified to go under the knife, get fillers or whatever. I don’t think it looks younger on those who do it, but to each his/her own. Many celebrities seem swollen after procedures of lip fillers and “cushion” face I heard it referred to. Honestly, I would love to see less pull of gravity on my skin, but that is life and I do take care of my skin - in fact, since I was 14 years old using skincare. Lol. I do have the “11’s” but I see a lifetime of memories on my face; I just want to look my best too. I love the effect of the tinted SPF you used. Have you ever tried Laroche Posay’s tinted fluide SPF ? - light as air but blurs imperfections while giving sun protection. Really great. Thanks for the video & info. I am intrigued by Botox for migraines as I have suffered from them my whole life. I hadn’t heard about it. Thx!

    • @GracefulBeautyWithSheri
      @GracefulBeautyWithSheri  2 роки тому

      Thank you! Yes I agree with you about some celebrities. Maybe they just overdo it and just don't realize till it's too late. I think a little bit here and there looks great on most people but yes the "cushion" face is probably not what most are hoping for LOL. I think I have tried that SPF. But not 100% sure. I tried one feom LRP and it was so pretty on but for some reason it made my face itch. 🤷‍♀️ Then I wanted to try their other mineral SPF but it looked like it was only titanium dioxide and no zinc oxide so I haven't tried anything else from them. I'll now look it up since you recommended it. Thanks so much for sharing your views and the SPF rec!🤗

    I agree with you very much so in the sence that I don't think there is any point having any procedure at all if we are not looking after our skin at all, as it won't have the effect we are looking for... similar thing with diet and exercise.
    To answer you questions regarding do I think we can actually look younger after procedures? I think it depends, on the type of procedure, on our genes, and whether we have/do take(n) care of our skin with a routine and sun screen... I think also if the procedure is done tastefully or not has a huge impact too, as dose the amount of procedures done, so considering all of these factors I think that we can look more youthful, less tired and stressed, in turn making us appear younger.
    Nice video hun,

      LOL yes I shoulda said pricey pricey pricey LOL it's pretty steep. Hence the reason I refused to try it for all those years. But I truly don't think stuff is better because it's expensive. Growth Factors are just very expensive to produce and the very 1st ingredient in this is growth factors, not water or glycerin etc. like other serums. There are lots of great products no where near this price. But after finally trying it out, I do think this is definitely worth the splurge. But only if you're like 40 or older, otherwise maybe won't see the same type of drastic results. 🤗

    So appreciate this from you and have recently, myself, been spending a small fortune on medical grade skincare and have noticed a nice difference in my 65 year old face!! I just finished the TNS Advanced serum…not sure I noticed as much of a change as I was hoping to. I am now using the Alastin Restorative Skin Complex and their tinted mineral sunscreen, as well. I also use the Revision Revox 7 which I love, the Skin Ceuticals CE Ferulic in the morning, the Skinmedica Instant Bright for eyes, and the Avene Hydrance Gel as a moisterizer! Quite a few pricey products! Because if your review I’m wondering about trying the regular TNS serum. Are these 3 products all you use on your face? I also have the Colorscience Flex in Tan. Do you use a separate eye cream and moisterizer or does the original TNS Serum check all the boxes, including Vitamin C? Do you have a favorite retinol product you could suggest to me as well? I’m definitely not into doing surgeries as a way of looking younger, however, I do believe in taking great care of your face, in order to age as gracefully as you can. My philosophy is simple, find the best anti-aging skincare as cheaply as possible. While the jury is still out on many of these ingredients, the gold standard without question is Retin-A. Sunscreen is critical and each person needs to find one that works for their needs. I have no problem paying top dollar for a great sunscreen that is formulated to perfection. Hope you guys are enjoying South America? All my best to you and your husband!

      Thank you. I actually did a video a couple years ago sharing some behind the scenes stuff I experienced when companies offered to sponsor me. I have always turned them down but I was disgusted at so many companies and the dishonest tactics and using youtubers. I realized that there were alot of phony positive reviews out there because people were getting paid alot and told what to say. (I've been offered over 7k just for 1 video and even after saying no, they doubled their offer hoping to encourage me with more money! LOL...I still said no though). Of course there are some that are honest and only do sponsored videos on products they love. So not all are a lie but boy did I get harassed by a couple mature beauty UA-camrs because I did that video and spilled the beans. I quickly learned about how greedy and hateful people can be when it comes to money. It's quite sad so I have made a promise to never be a part of that, even though some companies that I LOVE have offered to sponsor me even when everyone already knows I am obsessed with the product...I still say no. 🤗

I’ve never done Botox or surgery but my children friends say that they like mature women without surgery, etc. find that changing and modifying our clothing, less make make up application, great skin care, good sleep and water helps to stay younger. We are privileged to age obviously but looking haggard and worn down isn’t my goal. I won’t disavow procedures because I think they have their place and it offends me that some are so militant against any procedures. Hi Sheri. To your question, I believe we can look 6 years younger, but not in 2 weeks Lol. Prevention and anti-aging should begin early on and it takes a lot of work! What I've learned from excellent UA-camrs like yourself is that it's possible to improve the condition of your skin with the right tools such as good skin care, SPF, retinoids, dermarolling, etc. I've seen impressive videos on the benefits of microcurrent technology (like NuFace) and LED light therapy (like Omnilux). I haven't ventured into the high-end devices just yet.
    To your other point of using Botox or surgery, my opinion is if they're used subtly, they can be a nice addition to looking younger. However, it's pretty obvious when someone has extensive work done on their face. When it gets to the point of a face looking too puffy or stretched, that takes away from their natural beauty.

    I’m on the fence about trying this expensive product. One reviewer said that hers only dispensed out of one side. Have you ever had a problem with that? Also there are so many retailers for this. I hope they are all selling fresh products. Do you always order from the same place? I didn’t see them anywhere on line until I put in their website. I took your advise on the hair product and ordered the one that made hair more dense.

    • @GracefulBeautyWithSheri
      @GracefulBeautyWithSheri  2 роки тому +1

      Hi there, no I've never had a problem with it not coming out both sides. Maybe hers got clogged? There aren't many "authorized" online retailers. For example Walmart is not an authorized retailer, yet they carry it on their site. So you have to make sure whomever is selling is authorized. SkinBeautifulRX is 100% authorized and they stock in smaller batches compared to some of the huge authorized online retailers like Dermstore. I saw on SBRX's social media that they just won and award from this brand. But yes I can confirm they are authorized and they have fresh product. You probably saw the bigger companies online because they pay for more online search engine placement. And they buy in bulk so you may not get fresh product so just be cautious with that. But maybe hold off buying it till you know if it's really what you need. Try to see if a Dermatologist in your area carries it and see what they think. Drs offices usually won't offer the discount or offer the free cleanser with it but at least you can see if your Dermatologist recommends it to you since it definitely is an investment.🤗

      Paula's Choice BHA is amazing for pores as well as her Niacinamide Booster. And Osmosis Catalyst is fabulous for pigment...not really for melasma but great for sun damage. I would use the 2 PC products 2 - 3 days a week only starting out as it can make you peel at 1st. If you aren't breastfeeding I would also try the Truth Treatments retinol gel at night. But don't buy a bunch of stuff. Maybe just add a couple new things for now so your skin doesn't freak out. But for pores paulas choice bha blows everything outa the water. 💜

      Hey friend. Yes from human fibroblasts conditioned media (proteins from foreskin...not actual weiner skin as my husband claims LOL). I would ALWAYS ask your Dr 1st. But I've chatted with about 15 Derms recently and cancer specialists and they all say this is amazing BUT they say probably not to put on a suspicious mole until it's checked out by a Dr. 1st. They did warn me against using "dupes" or cheaper versions since growth factors are NOT cheap and if they are, be very cautious. But always ask your Dr what's best for your skin to be safe 🤗

    i wanna buy the tns serum and the spf 50. but you dont send in china. i am from shanghai china. is there any chance that i can try and buy this product?

      I'm not sure. Even if the company did ship to your location, I'd be careful with your customs and import fees etc. That can really add up. Perhaps there is a Dermatologist in your area who carries this.

    How long does that last using a small pump each morning? Wow it’s spendy 😬.

      Depends on if you use it morning and night. But a bottle usually lasts me about 3 months. 😘

      Oh that's a bummer. Maybe check with a Dermatologist in your area and see if they have something similar. 😘

    Hi there! Do you use the TNS Serum in the morning and the evening?

    • @GracefulBeautyWithSheri
      @GracefulBeautyWithSheri  2 роки тому

      Sometimes. It can be used both. But always right after cleansing/toning, exfoliating. When I 1st started I used 2x a day for my 1st bottle.
