Very literally bought Prairie Fire just so I could use this mod lol. I was always on the fence even though I know it’s supposed to be a great DLC, but this mod is what put me over the edge finally. Legend.
Yeah they are very cool. You should pipe in on the Spearhead discord and let them know. They did a lot of hard work. And those DLC teams don't make much money (it's all done in their spare time), so they appreciate hearing people like their work.

Such a quality mod, I wasn't planning on picking up Spearhead personally (a bit burnt out on Normandy from Squad 44 and Hell Let Loose) but I probably will now just to get that proper MACV-SOG look with your mod. Really good work
Thanks dude. If you play alot of PF, it's crazy when my mod gives the VC a few Spearhead flamethrowers. The flame leaps out of the jungle and scares the crap out of you.
fantastic update jb with the pointman detecting enemies and reporting them, would it work the same if playing as OPFOR or INDEP and detecting BLUFOR ambient chatter?
Yes sir. Point man will sense enemies of any type, including in vanilla or other DLC scenarios. This feature is not dependent on Prairie Fire NPC chatter module.
When I play the Extraction gamemode. When my Guys get downed, they leave my squad. It gives me the option to have the rejoin when I look at them. But would you know what might be causing this. Because its fairly inconvenient in the middle of a firefight.
YES! MY BOY! Been looking forward to this, man! Have you been able to make this work on multiplayer? I play this with my brother sometimes but two guys ain’t enough and I’d rather run with at least some AI.
Love the mod, Arma feels wrong without it now. Have you considered adding an option for player to switch to hipfire animations as well? Would be cool as hell.
I tried to get hipfire working for player, but there were too many glitchy edge cases to fix (like reloading, medic animations, injured, and more). And it was designed by the Spearhead team for the big MGs like MG42 which are long. They changed first person view, and when used with SMGs you could barely see the tip of your weapon, and with short SMGs you could not see your weapon at all. So I gave up on it for player.
Bro you have gotta be one of the best modders for Arma. This feels almost essential for single player
I appreciate that. The single player experience is really under served. And immersion is important to that experience IMO.
