When safe mode is meant to diagnose shit that's keeping your computer from starting, like installing a program that's now reeking havoc anytime you boot up, it's amazing that you can't modify any programs while in safe mode.
Thanks its work in safe mode.. finally able to unistall the amd over drive i use safe mode with network. then use your command by replacing minimal to 'Network' then im able to start the msiserver services.. Thanks

Had blue screen with code AODDRIVE2.SYS and this video worked great. Just installed AMD overDrive and my pc crashed. Follow instructions exactly. If you're like me and your mouse doesn't work in safe mode you can hit WIN + R and type cmd then hit CTR + SHIFT + ENTER and it will open in admin mode.
AMD Ryzen Master installer wont start even with this. I made myself ready for total win reinstall and as a last attempt I deleted all files in AMD Ryzen Master folder. And it worked.
