@@paulstrzykalski2596 just like it did before the storm. Parrish received some wind and a little bit of rain. The biggest damage around here was trash cans blown down the road. We are 15 miles inland from the gulf. Anna Maria Island is just to the west of us was flooded.
I had some strong leanings to move into the Gulf Coast. With back to back hurricanes and tropical storms my resolve is weakening to move to that area. People are selling their houses for discount in order to get out.
Minimum lease period in the neighborhood, I believe, is six months. The roof is original. I should have mentioned that in the video. Likely, roof plus $20k+.

Less then $20,000 and it could value at $480,000 the problem I see is it's a deeded community
