Likewise I will only call it a Celica. I have 3 of the 6th gens myself. Fantastic handling cars (but our Aussie roads can give them a caning at times).
Currently I have my right packed in the garage so Im using your videos to get my sim racing fix. Ill hopefully get it back soon, by the release of 1.6. I wonder if the new update with new tyre physics will affect the mod. Do you know something about it?
Yes, the new update will effect all the mods and will require them to be patched, this will impliment the new 1.6 physics and features into the mods..........So theres a lot to look forward too!
Owen, you never did say who the dev was for the VRC Chevrette??? Can you now say?? It is still my fave mod in all of modland. The connected feel to the tarmac is to me on my DD1 unsurpassed in this game and it takes careful throttle input control to accurately caress your way around detailed road surfaces like Sonoma or Oulton Park. I'd really like to see more of this dev"s work and know if this car's physics and ffb is something replicable or it was just one of those lightning in a bottle creations. Just found out my Paddock club gets me into the 1.6 beta so i''ll be interested to see how that compares. Keep up the good work mate Cheers Rod
Bless you!!!
This track and the GT86 are a fantastically fun mod. I've driven a GT86 in real life - it's so well realised (with SR2 motion system)
I sure have not...been driving it some this week. So fun to sling around any track.
A conisuer! Long may your tyres stay sticky and the VR sneezes keep at bay!
