A cover of the song "I'm A Believer" by Smash Mouth, originally sung by The Monkees and written by Neil Diamond.
Guitar, piano, and vocals all performed by me. The drum track and other sounds are also performed by me but through GarageBand and not on the actual instruments themselves.

This song is a super fun one; it's quite simple in terms of guitar chords and vocally so it was super quick to make the instrumental track. I wasn't originally planning on covering this song but my friends got me the Shrek hat for my birthday so of course I had to make AT LEAST one cover in it. I've already sung a parody of "All Star" on the Stupid Monkey Comics UA-cam channel (‪@stupidmonkeycomics‬ ) , so I figured I'd do this song. This song also funnily relates to another project I'm currently working on for SMC, but that won't be released for a little while...
Thank you to Kevin for coming to help me shoot this video. I was originally just going to have the video be the same style as my "Dos Oruguitas" and "Raised by Bats" covers with just me sitting in the forest with a few different angles playing the song. However, Kevin came with a super creative idea and directed me in this music video for it. It's super fun to try new things and I got to mess around with editing as well. I'd love to keep making new styles of videos for each song cover. Thanks Kevin!
