Thank you! None of there videos showed the correct way to do it, so frustrating! With a 10mm extension I was able to get the bars tightened while it was sitting on the back.

I was wondering how and when we needed to tighten those bolts on the 2 small arms that we're supposed to insert. Thanks so much for the tips!
