I like watching you yard sale better than going to the actual yard sale because I don’t have to walk and I don’t come home with a trunk full of useless stuff 😂
Me too i love when he sells
Lesson learned, always check your button jar.
Good to see you still out treasure hunting. That gold ring find was awesome! It's a nice ring too. Always fun when there's a surprise where you don't expect it. I was doing this a lot earlier this year, just not filming. 2 months ago I got like 50 POUNDS of marbles for $120. I don't think they're incredibly old (mid century mostly) but still need to go through them. There's at least one uranium marble I can tell with my UV light. I did buy out some marbles from a scavenger who walked waterways here in the east. The marbles I got at that estate are super interesting with some very old clay ones. Like you, I don't know a ton about them, so I learn as I go. My amazing snag from there was one of the guys detecting displays I paid $50 for. Had 3 confederate buttons including a South Carolina.
That display thing sounds like a great score! Thanks for watching JD you're the man!
Sterling shirt studs. Hit everything with ultraviolet light to see if it flouresces to uranium glass (marbles especially) or ivory. The large white buttons with metal centers are coat buttons.
I love yard sale days
I hit thumbs up even before I watch your video 👍
That framerate is great stuff, so smooth!
Nice yard sale finds 👍😊.
Hello 👋
Awesome finds Shane, I enjoyed the stop with the ladies. I had some old marbles that I gave to my son and he left them at a house he lived in. I told him that he left his inheritance, some of them were from the late 60's and early 70's. I know that there was about 150 marbles in my collection and he lost them all. Thanks for the video and I will see you on the next one.
Love the hustle, Shane. Fun video
Love the Buc-ees shirt Shane!
Yes me too! Maybe I'll go to bucees this morning, that place is my favorite
Klessh sure has a lot of knowledge stored in his noggin. Haven't been to a yard sale since the 80's. Good times.
love these yard sale vids!
I have some old stamps that they sold at my school, when you filled your book you could trade them in for United States savings bonds. Great day yard saleing.
Lots of nice finds Klesh. Nice day at the garage sales.
Great haul, Shane. Love your yardsales. ☮Fun video! 🎉🎉
Hi Shirl thanks for watching!
Real nice video.
I miss yard sales and flea markets.
Wonderful pickups.
Excellent video
Nice finds. You struck it lucky finding that gold ring 🎉.
Please can you do a video gold panning pioneer Pauly's pay dirt, I and I'm sure so many others would love to see you do a review on it. 😊
S&H Green Stamps. Retailers and gas stations gave them to us when we made purchases. Put them in little books and when you had enough of them they could be exchanged for products in a little catalogue. They pretty much disappeared after the '70s.
Would be lucky to be Cletus Wilbert Stinkman. 😂
Awesome video great finds thanks for sharing klesh
I call this Urban Prospecting.
awesome!
Also thanks for the videos !! I like the hunt for treasure hobbie
I love those Tiffany key chains you went right by it
I love yard sales
Nice beard brother. That is the stuff of legends.
Nice finds man! 😎👍
You may want to ask the lady who sold you the coffee can if she would want to buy the gold ring back at scrap price... I understand not wanting a coffee can full of buttons from grandpa, but a ring of his may have a lot more sentimental value than what it's worth monetarily. Can't believe she didn't look through it all before putting it out.
Nice video Shane.
Nice. Well done
CWS Chicago White Sox
College World Series? Lol
CWS where i'm from is Cooperative Wholesale Society (Rochdale/England) Still around as the CoOp supermarket chain.
S&H Green Stamps, were given by grocery stores. Collected in Stamp Books, then redeemed at the S&H store for just about any household product.
That Hot Wheel at the beginning of the video, I use to buy those for $2 each. Now they sell around for $5-$10, depending on the make and model. Just like in real life, Make and model matters. They have what they call Real Riders wheels, Rubber tires on Chrome coated plastic rims.
That is very interesting and I really need to put aside a few hours and learn the basics on hot wheels. I find so many many and I don't know what to look for
That CWS is awesome. I am a Chicago White Sox fan. I would turn that into a necklace. If you wanna sell it. I might be interested.
Awesome bro 👍🏻🤘🏻💪🏻
Hey, very nice hunt! I probably found same gold or very similar earring that you bought.
I found it underwater in Germany in about 100 years old lake. Never expect to see second one.
That is cool!
oh yeah I'll be in the area in November, I'm going to Casa Bonita
Been there, yes it's worth it!
@@Klesh I've been hearing about this place for 20+ years so I'm happy to be going in November
We have city wide garage sales where I'm from. So the main city will have there's and then it goes month by month for the little surrounding towns love love it. The driveway BBQ hot dogs for a buck is always yummy.
On the weekends forgot to mention
That is awesome!
@@Klesh yes it is and some of the treasure we find is thanks to you teaching us what to look for. A bummer find was a quart zip lock full of old metal and plastic cracker Jack prizes when we went to pay she realized they were put out by mistake. Thanks for your videos and have a good weekend.
You should consider getting an ordro EP8 4K head-mounted camera. It is so liberating having both hands free. You made some excellent pick-ups for sure.
3rd draw down in the jewelry box was Tiffany&Co
I would have bought those marbles for sure.
They are still on eBay
Hi Lori!
Dang, I would have bought all those cast iron pans.
I know. That smaller one is great for breakfast. It is also seasoned perfectly
Woah you got a Mark Lemke card!! It's not worthanything but he was my favorite Braves player and I dressed up as him for halloween when i was 8.
lol received a package from you while watching this vid ... timing
Your beard is looking good.😄
Gday Klesh gtcu
Hey klesh! Question!!!
How’s the secret room / mushroom grow goin? I remember that and was cool to see
Right now that secret room is just storage for colonizing Mushrooms and liquid cultures, and storage for all of my mushroom growing supplies. I also keep my scuba gear in there and a few other things.
Great video Shane. Loved the work you did sharing knowledge with vendors, and committing to a fair price. 👍👍Plenty of shysters would take a different approach. 👿👿
I noticed you didn't mention there are some silver Ike's and 1976 Bicentennial Quarters silver as well as 1/2 dollar Bicentennials...🤔
That's true. I couldn't remember the exact dates of the brown and blue Eisenhowers, and 40% 1976 at the time.
2nd to comment. I really love you video. Thank you and we all appreciate you a lot for teaching us
Carmine Lonardo's is where it's at!
Keep the beard brother!
Love your channel and love the shirt 😍 question is a garage sale a normal thing in the USA?
Yeah garage sales are very common in all of the United States especially on Fridays and weekends in the summer. They usually don't exist in the winter time unless you're in a southern state that is warmer year-round
Where’s the eBay link ?
Damn I wish you could look through my coin collection that I inherited, coins from 1900 - 1930. I have no clue or time to look through about 200+ coins.
If you want to email me a couple pictures of your coin collection I can probably at least give you a roundabout idea of what you have. Kleshkrums@gmail.com
that one silver ring is close to my grandmas wedding ring but in gold! any chance youd ship to aus?
Unfortunately I have had lots of problems shipping precious metals outside the USA. Custom for some reason hates anything I ship.
Have you ever done a video of you talking about your own paydirt
Yeah there's a few I did. The old ones are somewhat irrelevant though since the recipes have changed since then.
@Klesh just wanted to follow up and say I got my first order of unsearched paydirt from you today and I'm going to do these with my mother because she wants me to take her on a trip to go gold panning in the wild but I fear the hazards on a river bed when she can't walk well so this dirt will be our first time together and my second time over all. Just wanted to thank you and wish you and your family good luck in future gold adventures.. God bless you brother
Thanks for the order! My unsearched Paydirt (Raw) are the only bags without a guaranteed minimum amount of gold. Go slow and take your time, the gold can be tricky to find!
🎉42%
if that’s the place i’m thinking of they have killer gyros i could be wrong tho
No it's strictly Italian stuff in there, you do a quick Google search you'll see
CWS: Chicago White Sox? College World Series?
You still have that Saku Koivu rookie card? I'm a big NHL fan and Montreal Canadiens fan.
I do not sorry
@@Klesh all good, thanks for the reply.
Do you sell your silver things or you just keep them? I have a pile of miscellaneous stuff for sale on ebay and i have a ton of silver.. how would it be possible to make a deal with you?
I don't sell the silver, I am hoarding it for some future smelting projects on the channel
@@Klesh yeah that's what i thought... do you buy by the gram or how?
@@holistic.health I buy whatever I can for the cheapest price possible. I usually don't pay spot price otherwise I would've purchased every single piece of jewelry the lady had.
@Klesh the reason I'm asking is because i have a crap ton of sterling that i want to sell and it's going for nothing... actually you could probably resell most of it, but you could also use it for scrap... is there any other way to contact you?
Kleshkrums@gmail.com - just send pictures of your sterling on a scale set to ounces and i can send a quote if you want to sell
How much for the tape and dispenser? lol just kidding
Sorry that is permanently mounted to that workbench lol
if its turning green it might be copper
first!
I have old penny's I'm just sitting on. We need to hook and see what you want. I have Indian head, Buffalo head nickels and other stuff. Get ahold of me.
Hey Joe, email me with some pictures and I can (maybe) help with your coins
@Klesh I'm not good with technology. I have a flat phone but it stumps me every day. I will see if my wife will help me
I fear u have missed gold and silver
Im sure you like the background music but it distracts the viewer from watching the video when its played over and over. At least me, it is hard to enjoy your adventures.
