I’m 68. Survived Double Lung Transplants,6 months hospitalized and 4 strokes. I’ve lost my fight. I fought to live! I have two beautiful trumpets I rarely play. I like just sitting in my chair and watch other people doing things .I quite the gym. I have no self motivation .I worked long hours for ups ,but my day had a set time.No structure to follow now.
I call bad habits defects of character or negetive personality traits. Things we are doing that we know we should not be doing. Behaviors that give us a guilty conscience. Then, there are the shortcomings, which are things that we are not doing that we know we should be doing. Example; smoking is a defect and not going to the gym to help my lungs get better like walking, jogging or running.
There are only 2.000.000.000 millions second in 89 years (Average lifespan) So if you waste one second, it'll change to 1.999.999.999 seconds... So, don't waste your time even if it's just one second... Stop daydreaming, and get to work! Hope you guyz have a great day! And a successful tomorrow! 💙😆💙
