There's no changelog per se, but on the dev server the LIC has the same armor values as the other MK4s. When these tanks were introduced the armor values on the LIC were the standard for the MK4, but they were changed to what we have now when the sever went live, all of which happened without change notes. It's farcical that the 22 inches of armor surrounding the turret are essentially equivalent to rubber, meanwhile the 70mm of steel on the upper front plate of the Chinese mbts can stop M829A2.

Yeah, it has the same armor as the other Merkava MK4s now. I've gone back to watch this video at least twice since the nerf and there are so many shots that I just shrug off that would now penetrate and probably frag my entire crew. I still like the Merks, but man they should all be like this.
TBH, I'm not sure. The LIC had more turret armor than the 2A6 when it was released. Now, they're all the same. It's still a good tank, but it needs more armor.
