8313's horn is great when at full blast just like in your clip 4:56 but most of the time is blown at the standard volume blast and I don't favor it as much

Also ive seen this horn sequence blown very commonly at Jack London ( short blast , short blast , short blast, long blast) 8313 in this video blows that sequence during departure
