at the moment i discover 3 things , now before i turn 52 ( 2 weeks before ) tapping therapy , and then looking into and discover also gua sha tool , and to be honest ddint knew about it . 3rd i knew about face roller didnt knew what was for , and if need to one one o another , NOW because of you i know i a combo between , and both are good to use as maintenance tools on long therm , soo in a week im going to purchases them , and I will start using them
I know the jade used for these tools are not the premium kind that is super expensive, but my tools warm up within 1 min of use, does that mean it is fake jade? Has anyone noticed that their tools get warm during use?

I just started using gua sha and a roller and I am breaking out along my jaw line 😕 Why is that happening and what can I do to avoid that?
I think you are not cleaning them properly post usage.
