Freezing Pulse Occultist 3.3 Incursion build (Guardians & Shaper)

hey. In this league I've been playing FP quite a bit. It's a pretty good mapping build that is also capable of doing Guardians & Shaper comfortably. The items for this build are very now cheap due to everyone being obsessed with elemental hit & arc & BV now.

how do you life steal, vs bosses when boots life steal has mobs to proc? also your build link has no ghostreaver? life steal to ES

this uses energy shield recharge, not lifesteal or regen.
