- Wyatt (male ginger) arrived from Texas on March 31. His birthdate is February 18. Wyatt was born to a friendly community cat. It was her first litter. She is a ginger and she had 4 ginger kittens. Wyatt is the only special needs. He was 1/2 the size of his siblings at birth. The feeder contacted a Texas rescue right away when she saw Wyatt’s jaw. They picked him up within 2 hours of his birth. Mom and the other 3 are doing great!
Wyatt, the ginger kitten, is a special needs kitten. He cannot close his mouth due to a jaw deformity.

Hannah's umbilical cord was wrapped tightly around her foot at birth causing severe injury. She received medical treatment & the foot naturally fell off. She has a stump and is on antibiotics & pain meds. She's also quite the explorer!

We are an all-volunteer rescue; we have no paid staff. Cash/credit, food, and supply donations made to Kitkat Playroom go directly to the needs of our adoptable fosters. Monetary donations are used for their emergency and routine veterinary care. This video just makes me so happy and pleased to see our precious boy Wyatt being so playful with his roommates.👏🏻👏🏻🥳🥰😺. As I was watching him, I noticed his weight looked good cause he definitely seems to be filling out, his fur for sure, with nutrition he’s getting is waaayyyy much better looking too.👍🏻🥰. Also, I don’t know if it’s just me but, as I was watching, I’m wondering if his mouth isn’t as wide open as it used to me?🤔🙏🤞🏼. I sure do pray that maybe the nutrition that his little (almost) big body might be helping his mouth to possibly close a little but I know not all the way though. But, I definitely know that Oxygen tent is for sure helping him to get better along with nutrition and antibiotics too. God bless sweet Wyatt and keep up the great work.👏🏻👏🏻🥰🙏😺❤️🥳❌⭕️.
