Thank you so much, i honestly don't have ms but I'm struggling to deal with depression and it got so bad that I barely did anything everyday so now I'm trying to start exercising but everything I find is too much for me, I'm too weak to do it so I need something small to start with and this has helped me thank you

Hi, I read your post and thought I might offer you a tip to improve your energy. I also have MS and have found that eating at least 3packed cups of greens a day (dark green lettuces, baby spimach, kale, etc) has made a big improvement for me. I also take vitamin b complex and eat lots of other veggies too. Trevors exercises will help even more! God bless!

Thank you for the video. I have had MS since Sept. 2002. It has slowed me down some but very manageable. My one leg has now become weaker and apparently dragging and now I'm walking with a limp as my leg feels longer. I haven't been exercising as I am tired after work. Realizing this is what is needed I searched online and found your videos. I will use your videos instead of visiting local physiotherapy.

I have a condition called Cavernous Malformations which was diagnosed in 1994; I had them on my spinal cord and brain; I was doing pretty well until I developed one on my brain stem back in June of 2016. I developed CVA like symptoms which left me at the end of the day in a chemical coma for 18 days, later that day it left my airway too weak to stay open and they intubated me with an ET tube and placed me on a ventilator. They kept me in the chemical coma until the brain swelling went down, and they could do a craniotomy. I was in the healthcare system for 129 days; I de-conditioned severely and was discharged to home in a wheelchair; at 3 months my right leg was strong enough to remove a brace they had me on to prevent the knee from locking, and I was able to use a rolling walker. Fast-forward 9 months, now I am using a cane to walk. Unfortunately, I developed another Cavernous Malformation in my right PONS and I’m trying to recover balance and wonky gait issues. Cavernous Malformations mimic MS and I suffer from the severe tone and it is difficult to keep my balance without a cane and my gait is still wonky. Medication like Baclofen and Dantrium affects me neurologically and makes things much worse, so I stay away from those types of medication. Once upon a time from 2010 until 2016 just before the brain stem bleed, I controlled my spasticity exclusively with exercise only. I know I have de-conditioned severely so I understand I have a long road ahead of me, but finding your channel and the different exercises you demonstrate, hopefully, will get me back on the right track once again. Because of the lesions on the brain, the brain keeps my leg muscles very tight; I would describe it as severe tone.

Stay tuned, there will be a lot of material covering Hip Flexor Strength. If you are a member of The MS Gym on Facebook (facebook.com/groups/themsgym), check out the video on hip spasticity. I will also be posting a spasticity series on this channel over the next week.

THANK YOU! I do not have MS, but another degenerative neurological disorder that greatly effect the abilities to keep walking. I have personally improved my abilities with Pilates' - many of the same as you do. However, I have a member in the support group that I attend that has problems holding her legs up to do this (pelvic tilt) any ideas that just MAY work?
    Thanks

My question is I'm very new to this whole thing and I am very large so I'm trying to find low impact exercises to help loose weight while also strengthening and lowering my symptoms. Will these help me loose weight or just help with the strengthening some of my weak spots? My back is the worst part for me so most general exercises for weight loss is too much for me to handle.
