- Like me, many people are struggling to upload their BP readings to the Omron App. The phone doesn't connect via Bluetooth and says an app is needed.
This is how I found to do it on a BP7350
I cannot pair to Samsung Galaxy S9. There is NO SUPPORT for S9.
Bluetooth is universal. It should connect
you are not the only one!
I use many different Bluetooth devices every day, and only this one gives me trouble.
Mine pairs OK but gives me a message "not syncing'
Have used Omron BP meters for years, no issues.
Selected this one to bring a paper printout with, for my checkups.
Each time it is like pulling my own back teeth.
This time it would only transfer ONE DAYS RECORDING???
That will increase my BP!
And why do they need my location? I think they sell it.
And clearly, they didn't spend anything on improving the app.
@@AllenReinecke YES, it SHOULD but it DOESN'T. I finally found out after combing through the literature the S9 is listed as one of the devices that will not pair.
@@CCRoselle ALSO, in addition to what you and I have both experienced, I want a BP Monitor which uploads all results to my COMPUTER and I just don't have the money to try this one then that one until I find this.
@@billspooks After my BP7450, pairs and syncs with the correct moon phase it will email an Excel or CSV file of recorded readings.
When it works.
Excellent instructions.
Thank you, the instruction manual I got was wrong.....it said to press start/stop first then the bluetooth button.
how r u 🙂
Thats not troubleshooting, your just telling instruction!
I assume the monitor does not need to be turned on when pushing the Bluetooth button
