This campaign was produced by the WHO country office in the Russian Federation for the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and other partners. Launched in November 2010 in Lipetsk and in May 2011 in Ivanovo, the campaign draws attention to the consequences of speeding, a key risk for road traffic injuries globally.
