@@HollyGabrielle Can you do it on zero air miles? that would be the achievement especially if you are going to inspire others to follow you in this endeavour. No point having fabulous goals that don't align with your values and eco-credentials. Europe is then the obvious answer.

Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future. A compromise for the 25 countries could be to go to 25 different countries, but Not necessarily "new ones"; this way the “closer" European countries you’ve been to already (Germany, Switzerland or spain) could be part of it, making it a little bit more achievable 😊

@Holly, re 25 countries , I guess the key issue here is the balance between quantity -quality. One could visit 10 countries in ways that smoothly fit into their circumstances and feel empowered and happy through this experience whereas another person could try to take it literally and visit 25 countries while stretching themselves too much and creating some imbalance in other aspects of their lives. it is a bit like reading books. It is better to allow time to read books and enjoy them rather than setting a super fixed goal (number of books) whereby one goes through the process as a way of achieving something else (the end product , the number) rathen than enjoying the journey. There is this great Greek poet Kavafis who wrote (in free translation) "when you set out to reach Ithaca, wish that it is going to be a long trip there...." meaning whatever you do enjoy the process do not fixate on the end result only...Hugs from Thessaloniki, Greece. By the way if you visit Thessaloniki give a shout out !! I will show you around...

Yeees!! Having a word for the year is very grounding. Last year‘s word for me was discipline, this years word is intentional. It’s fun having an actionable goal each day 💜💛

25 countries sounds like a fun challenge that you won't ever forget
I’d definitely say 25 overall, that’s still VERY impressive. 25 in one year would feel forced and you might not enjoy it as much!

I think you should aim for 25 countries in total rather than in one year. Doing so many in one year whilst working would take away the fun and spontanaity of travel 😊 How many countries are you up to now?
Also in terms of the ultra marathon I recommend just booking one (the peak district or the lakes would be perfect) and then you have something to aim for that's what I did for my first. Unfortunately I was injured but I walked it anyway and had so much fun!

25 counties in a year is a bit much imo. I’d say quantity over quality is better! Maybe pick 4 or 5 countries that you want to explore really well. I find going to a place for a few days because I’m rushing around leaves me feeling empty and like I never actually visited! Great goals for the year though! All the best for 2023!!

You could visit 25 countries in the year but not all NEW countries (aka going to switzerland last year doesn't count but if you go again this year it does)

I have a suggestion that might help you with byhollyg : keep a running log of topics that inspire you. HPV/ your excitement and desire to educate shined in your video. Okay here is a topic. Did you go look info up? Tag it. Create a file. Go about your life, continue this with science topics. By the second half of 2023 you will have topics and rough sketches for probably a video every month. Just a suggestion hope it helps.

This is a good plan of my goals in 2023 - (1) Going outside and play tennis, (2) Do 25 push-ups at the gym in 3 minutes, (3) Play basketball and do a secret trick from the game "NBA Street", (4) Buy a new car with more horsepower, (5) Ride a bike and reach the total distance of the race track, (6) Watch the new solar eclipse, (7) Go to the bowling alley and win the game, and (8) Going to the game store and buy "Ace Combat 7 Skies Unknown" on PlayStation 4!😊😀💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙👍

I love this video so much! I have a lot of goals and aims for this year, but my word of the year is 'inspire' and I want to grow my diabetes instagram account, either start a podcast or a youtube channel, and try to shop more sustainably
you can use the mnemonic SMART to help with the goals you set and what you need to achieve for the year
Pls tell the Full form of SMART

Hey Holly, about your traveling goal of 25 countries, I just wanted to remind you that flying is one of the most polluting thing one could do, so please be mindful about your trips... Yes, it's funny to say "I've visited 25 countries this year" but the carbon footprint of that goal is not worth it... Aside from that, I love your work and creativity, I am giving you this advice/remark in the most respectful way :)
