- I am not yet done roaming and touring this city. El Salvador has a shrine that has so many pilgrims. People from around the country come for different reasons. Some are pure tourists, some pilgrims, some seeking cure to their illnesses. There are faucets for drinking water. Water that many people claim that has given them miracles of healing. I did try.
I also accidentally visited a barangay in this city that roasts a lot of pigs (lechon) for everyone to feast. Not a fiesta but a Lechon Festival. And I repeat, its not a city festival but just a mere barangay but gives out a lot of lechon for free. Amazing!
I did not wait for the lechon to be served because I was short of time. Instead, I travelled to Cagayan de Oro to eat a variety of Beef dishes. All 3 dishes are different kinds of stewed beef. It was good! It's different from what I usually eat in Cebu but my oh my, it was sooo good!
