    Welcome back Alisha! Breath of fire was hard, I found myself struggling to get air in as quick as I could breath it out. Any tips? Namasté from Spain

      Hi Mary 😊 thanks! Sure, the best way to think about it is by not trying to take a breath in after the exhale. Instead, try to forcefully exhale short and sharp out the nose by contracting your stomach muscles, then let the inhale be passive and repeat. I find if you focus on the stomach more rather than the nose/breath it can help! As with all my classes you can also take it at a pace that suits you - if you feel slower is right then try that (half the speed is a good starting point) 🤍
