Bunch of great finds 😮 love the shield Nickel with rays ❤ I haven't found that verity yet. A half reale would always make my day 😁 Congrats on a great hunt. HH and take care.
Awesome finds, congratulations! Too bad this rain won't let up, hopefully soon..seems like every day off I get it's raining!..lol. Good luck on your next hunt..🏴☠️
I had to stop watching your video... The way you are "cleaning" your finds was making me sick... If you were ever to find something really rare you could be potentially scraping off lots of $$$$
I been in the game long enough to know if I found something rare and how to handle it. There is little to no value of coins with environmental damage. Now I did take a little more care of the reale in case it was early US or a “money coin. But all in all I don’t sell my finds, they for the most part aren’t worth more than scrap metal and they are mine. But thanks for your input. Trust me I was like you at first too, when I do find something of value I do treat it as it should be treated but wiped coppers and modern silver I’m not too worried about.
That’s how we properly clean a money coin. ua-cam.com/video/fuwYPfVyJe0/v-deo.htmlsi=Fgrr6es-wLkWqocOua-cam.com/video/fuwYPfVyJe0/v-deo.htmlsi=Fgrr6es-wLkWqocO
But there is a method to my madness. I treat those wiped coppers the way I do because 9 times out of ten if I do it my way I can at least get an ID where most would only get a slick copper. To each their own I guess. At least I can ID 95 % of my field copper coins.
👍 awesome spot
