You can actually reduce the speed ok. To reduce the speed click,
1. Tap your screen
2. You will see the setting icon on the top right of your screen. The setting icon looks like a round chain.
3. Click the setting icon and a menu will display
4. Click PLAYBACK SPEED and you may choose speed of 0.75
Regarding your question, you may choose to use 10•00 and 48•20 to get that of 25. Your result will still be acceptable.

Why solving for error in h, you didn't multiply by 3. What's the reason.

There was no need for that again since the 3 already appeared as a multiplier in the error in 'I' formular which we are actually to calulating.
