Best Way To Marinate Jerky - Vacuum Marinade Tumbler Machine
Вставка
- Опубліковано 30 вер 2024
- Vacuum marinade tumblers are essential to having great tasting jerky, grilled meats, smoked meats and vegetables. The recipe used is a savory Steakhouse A1 jerky marinade. The vacuum marinade machine works like treated timber processes. When a vacuum is pulled, it separates the meat fibers and when the vacuum chamber is released the marinade is pushed into the meat. Just 20 minutes in the vacuum marinade tumbler is like 24 hours of meat sitting in the refrigerator.

I feel like this product is cheaply made for how much it costs. There needs to be more of these on the market
You can get a stainless tumbler from meat processing companies like Waltons Inc. I use Walton’s inc a lot for seasonings.
We brought ours months ago and it works wonders but we upgraded to a chamber vacuum sealer that does the same thing 😊 I’m thankful for what it did when we used it
It definitely makes the meat taste better. I have always wanted a chamber vacuum sealer, but they've always been a little too pricey for me one day maybe I'll get one.
@@VansWorld would you be willing to do a video, if avid armor send you a product and we can show the subscribers how good their product is for as the marinating feature, sealing proteins etc
Yes I would most definitely love to do a review on their product. Send me an email. My email is in the video description
@@VansWorld i exchanged emails with them hopefully they reach out, 🙏🏾
@gotskillz135 awesome. Thank you
Are you for real? 229 dollars?.I have a food saver with a canister and it does the same thing
$229? Wow. That is pretty high. I wouldn’t take anything for this tool. Love it. I’ve never used the food saver one. I bet it works great too. 👍😁
look at how well that machine marinades the meat!!!!!!!!!! 😮 that is freaking awesome!!! no need to put it in bags!!
How many pounds of meat can that container hold?
6 to 7 pounds if it’s sliced 😁👍
6:38 nice 👍 Thanks Van. But a question. How do you check the internal temperature on a thin piece of jerky? 🤔
It looks very good. Nice shirt man they was my favorite cartoon!
Yeahhhhah Lol 😆
My strips are 1/4” thick. So the probe fits well. If it’s thinner meat then fold the meat over the probe. Walton’s meats has great videos on meat processing. 👍😁 I hope I did ya justice on the mug shot lol
Vans World perfect. Thanks
Lol I like mug shots. Oh I forgot to tell ya. The very tip of the probe should be what’s detected on the temperature
Moving the meat here and there, is a turn off
All I’ve been using for the last 4 years I love them
They’re awesome 👍😁
I'm sure you have said it 100 times but what kind of dehydrator are you using? Or what do you recommend? I've got a 10 tray Cabelas and I'm ready to go industrial.
I have the 160 liter 24 rack cabelas commercial dehydrator. It’s the same as the Weston commercial dehydrator. I like everything but the racks. The seem to rust some. I wish the racks were stainless steel or aluminum. It does great as long as the trays aren’t over loaded. I have put 21 pounds of raw jerky meat in it before and had one tray left over. That makes around 7 pounds of finished jerky. 😁👍
Hay Van on the recipe in the Chef's Elite how many pounds of meat it does not say on any of the recipes can you tell me.
Thanks for the question. I sent you a response on messenger 👍😁
Learn something new! I have never heard or seen a Vacuum Marinade Tumbler Machine! Yummmmm! Great Vid!
Oh Rex. It’s the best thing ever. 😁👍
Many of us have had to replace items when they just "up and disappeared..." LOL I'm not going to go into my replacements either 😆😆😆
What’s the brand name of your electric dehydrator
My commercial dehydrator is from Cabelas but it’s actually made by Weston. I have a video on my channel on the dehydrator which has a link in the video description for it. 👍😁
Hey Van, log time watcher of your content. Ordered the vacuum marinador from Amazon but is there anywhere you know i can get parts from. Drum seal has blown and the machine stops at 30secs :(
Will be trying your new flavours
How many lbs of meat at a time can you do
This Tumbler is Rated for 10lbs of Meat.
"Thumbs UP"
Hi, I'm looking for a tumbler for home use that should work well and I should be able to fit some nice size rib eyes slices but mainly using it for jerky. Any links plz ?
Should be a link in the video description 👍😁
Looks like this model is out of stock all over. Do you have any other recommendation please?
Hey bud, how many lbs of sliced jerky you think will go in this tumbler?
Thank is a very cool machine. Definitely will help mix it up.
It makes things 1000 times better. 👍😁
Hey Van what dehydrator do you use?
I have the cabelas commercial dehydrator. It’s the same as the Weston 160 liter. But I also have a presto dehydrator. Small round one with stackable trays. It works great too for smaller batches. 👍😁
I miss these videos lol, mancave is looking awesome!
Hey brother. Good seeing ya. Thanks man. I still need to do the ceiling and install some lights. I hope you have a great weekend and stay well
Have 2 of those same dehydrators and that same shirt my son got me from Walmart lol
Lol. My wife likes to get me cool t shirts. Wow 2 dehydrators. You must really make a lot of jerky. Did your racks start rusting?
Thought this was a good idea until I saw the price. I can buy a lot of meat with that kind of money.
Van
Looks dynamite brother. Making my first batch using same vacuum marinader. Interesting smoking and dehydrating. I assume you make shelf stable with low water activity. Instant subscriber and keep the great videos coming.
Peace Luke T
I need to get another water activity meter to be sure. I bet you’ll love that marinade machine. Let me know how it goes for ya
Vaccum marinader worked great, flavor of finished jerky was the same as always. Thanks for the pro tips on jerky. I sure enjoy watching and only recently found your channel.
You disabled likes/dislikes?? Why
I had someone stalking me really bad back then. They would hit me with 50 ish thumbs down right after I would upload a video. So I disabled it so they wouldn’t have the satisfaction of seeing their effects. I had to finally contact the local police because this person was someone who lived around my area and they were stalking me in a very bad way. When the police got involved it stopped. This went on for over a year before I contacted a detective. All my newer videos have the like dislike working.
That’s why I stay away from most people. Just want to be on a dairy farm. Cows don’t disrespect. Sorry you went through such insanity.
How strong is the vacuum?
Man that tumbler looks really cool. LOL I might have to spend some of the wife's money.
Lmao. That’s funny. Yeah spend her money and get one. They’re most definitely worth it. Not only will the marinade go deep into the meat. It tenderizes it when the vacuum pulls the meats fibers apart.
Yeah , spend her money! Spend all you can, before time runs out, lol. Ps, does she spend yours? We know the answer anyway.
Thank you Van for another GREAT Video...
That marinade tumbler is the Bomb... great idea.
It really is an amazing machine. It would make a great addition to any kitchen. 😁👍
Awesome video! Just wondering, could you explain why you dehydrate/smoke/dehydrate? Also want to smoke and dehydrate and now you got me thinkin’ ;)
It makes the jerky so much more tender. I dehydrate on a low temp to dry the marinade to the meat. Then I put it in my smoker to heat the meat to kill any pathogens. But this also helps bring out the flavors of the marinade. Then I finish drying it in the dehydrator. Thank you for the question. I just made a video on Walton’s BBQ jerky seasoning where I explain the process better.
Vans World Thanks! Ps - were you actually smoking in the smoker (didn’t see any smoke), if so what type of wood, or just using it to heat core temp to kill pathogens?
I’m just using it like an oven. But it does get some smoke flavor from the smoker being seasoned. Works out great for me. 👍😁
