Imagine being so proud of interfering with emergency response. Could only come from a boss, to reframe continue to make money as a favor to his employees and customers.
i recommend visiting on a random weekend, not a holiday. It's a lot more fun and casual, can go to the busier places that are usually wall to wall people.
There are many multi generation family in the USA. I do not not know if your have done a documentary on The Columbia restaurant in Ybor City in Tampa,Florida. Fasninating story of a multi-generational family owned restaurant .
crime has always been a problem in New Orleans. but it also has something unique that no other city in America has. definitely must be experienced first hand to understand it
Jordan G idk about this place but even bartenders in pretty successful restaurants or bars make very livable wages, lets not even talk about the huge restaurants in the largest cities like new york or los angeles

Go to the Hermès bar and have the potato puffs with béarnaise sauce. Excellent appetizer to have with a drink.

Do waiters there make a livable wage?
